El presente artículo analiza las consecuencias jurídicas y las medidas adoptadas para la protección de los deudores hipotecarios, en concreto, en la Ley 1/2013, de 14 de mayo, de medidas para reforzar la protección de los deudores hipotecarios, reestructuración de la deuda y alquiler social, dictada como consecuencia de la Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea de 14 de marzo de 2013 que declaraba que la normativa hipotecaria española era contraria a la Directiva 93/13/CEE sobre cláusulas abusivas. Literatūras norāda uz to, ka negatīvā spiediena brūču terapija sekmē ātrāku audu defekta dzīšanu. Šīs terapijas iespējamais blakusefekts var būt organisma proteīnu zudums. Vidējais kopējā proteīna līmenis eksudātā ir 57 g/L, bet albumīna līmenis ir 21 g/L. Terapija specifisks proteīna zudums var tikt aprēķināts reizinot seruma albumīnu ar 0.3. Literatūras datiem atbilstošu olbaltumvielu uzņemšanu, kas sastāda 1.5g/kg/dienā ir attiecīgi jāreizina ar 1.3, rezultātā iegūstot 2.0 g/kg/dienā. The study examined the applicability of the observational technique developed by Allen and colleagues (Allen, Hauser, Bell, & O’Connor, 1994; Allen, Hauser, et al., 2003) to investigate the issues of autonomy and relatedness in parent-adolescent relationship in the Italian context. Thirty-five mother-adolescent dyads participated to a task in which they discussed a family issue about which they disagree. Adolescents were also administered a self-report measure assessing their relationship with mothers. Six- and seven-membered benzo-fused cyclic homoallylic alcohols can be readily synthesized by a tandem chiral BrOnsted acid-catalyzed allyl (crotyl)boration/ring closing metathesis sequence performed under orthogonal relay catalysis conditions. Excellent enantio- and diastereoselectivities are obtained in most of the cases. In addition, the parent crotylboration/RCM process is also described. The required substrates, ortho-vinylbenzaldehydes, are readily available in one step from commercially available starting materials. The present study aims to detect the main internal and external determinants that influence corporate environmental disclosure practices. The empirical methodology consists of the development and use of an environmental disclosure dictionary specifically designed to examine corporate annual reports, in a fixed effect panel data econometric model, and in a difference-in-differences analysis. The EU Directive 2020/1828 is the arrival point of a troubled harmo-nization process on collective techniques for consumers’ protection, no longer limited to injunctive measures but also extended to redress ones. The essay focuses on the two provisions dedicated, respec-tively, to the binding effects of jurisdictional/ administrative decisions as well as to the exhibition orders. The Author stresses how, through those legislative measures and despite the uncertainties still related to the ongoing implementation process, a European Regulatory Pri-vate Law enforcement is being shaped more and more oriented to the consistency between its “private” and “public”dimension.

Phytoplankton dynamics in a shallow, hypertrophic reservoir (Lake Arancio, Sicily)

Phytoplankton abundance and composition in the hypertrophic man-made Lake Arancio was analyzed, based on a programme of weekly sampling from May 1990 to November 1991 and supported by measurements of limnological parameters. The highest value of phytoplankton biomass (78 mg l-1) was observed in October 1990, during a bloom of the desmid Closterium limneticum var. fallax, while the lowest (0.15 mg l-1) was measured in April 1991. During spring, autumn and winter 1990, species of the genus Closterium dominated the community, in the sequence: C. aciculare, C. limneticum var. fallax, C. limneticum.
