La sécurité alimentaire dans le droit de l'OMC - Analyse critique et prospective

8 pages; International audience; En droit, le système économique institutionnalisé au niveau mondial par le GATT puis l'OMC repose sur le libre-échange ; un système qui, en dépit de l'existence d'un accord sur l'agriculture, traite pour l'essentiel le produit agricole comme un bien ordinaire. Si l'on admet que les valeurs non marchandes devraient pouvoir être mobilisées chaque fois que la protection de la personne humaine et de sa dignité sont en cause, il devrait en être ainsi particulièrement de la sécurité alimentaire qui, en tant que condition du bien-être global, ne saurait être sacrifiée aux intérêts à court terme du commerce international, lequel ne constitue qu'un moyen d'y parvenir.

National audience; Notre projet est de concevoir un outil d'aide à la décision en matière d'aménagement urbain, s'appliquant aux stratégies de localisation des entreprises commerciales. Il est basé sur la modélisation des interactions entre des acteurs (décideurs, groupes d'agents socio-économiques) et leur territoire. Deux idées fortes sous-tendent ce projet.
