The aim of the present study was to investigate two interventions based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for depressive symptoms: A face-to-face treatment (ACT group) was compared to a guided self-help treatment delivered via the Internet consisting of two assessment sessions (pre and post) and an ACT-based Internet program (iACT). Outpatients experiencing at least mild depressive symptoms were randomized to either approach. The iACT treatment group received access to an ACT-based Internet program and supportive web-based contact over a period of 6 weeks. Tuttavia la storia dell’edificio, i suoi committenti e patrocinatori, il conte di Modica Fadrique Enriquez, futuro Grande Almirante di Castiglia, e la consorte Anna Cabrera, la qualità dei frammenti superstiti e le notizie in nostro possesso offrono temi degni di attenzione e alcuni aspetti in grado di aprire la vicenda della fabbrica a un contesto geografico e culturale più ampio.

In two decisions of the First Civil Chamber dated 8 March 2023, the French Cour de cassation indicated that, even though articles 7 and 21 of the Act of 31 December 1971 and article 142 of the Decree of 27 November 1991 referred to conciliation prior to arbitration by the President of the Bar, it was not compulsory. Non-compliance with this requirement cannot therefore be sanctioned by a dismissal.

In this article, we – the Bacterial Viruses Subcommittee and the Archaeal Viruses Subcommittee of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) – summarise the results of our activities for the period March 2020 – March 2021. We report the division of the former Bacterial and Archaeal Viruses Subcommittee in two separate Subcommittees, welcome new members, a new Subcommittee Chair and Vice Chair, and give an overview of the new taxa that were proposed in 2020, approved by the Executive Committee and ratified by vote in 2021.
