Pharmaciens et coordination des soins primaires en France : quels enjeux ?

Multi-professional coordination is a strong axis of the reorganization of primary care in France. While this coordination concerns a priori all health professionals, some of them actually are still marginally involved. This article examines the challenges of integrating pharmacists into primary care in France. On the one hand, it is based on an analysis of experiments carried out in other health systems, and on their evaluations. On the other hand, it develops an initial reflection on the levers and obstacles that could explain in France, the poor integration of pharmacists but also on the challenges of a stronger presence of these professionals in the coordination of primary care.

W pracy omówiono długoterminowe trendy zmian liczebności 30 leśnych, pospolitych ptaków lęgowych na 7 stałych powierzchniach próbnych w Białowieskim Parku Narodowym w latach 1975– 2019 (wschodnia Polska, dalej BPN, Fig. 1). Przeanalizowano zmiany w składzie ugrupowań ptaków lęgowych w trzech najważniejszych typach drzewostanów pierwotnych w BPN: łęgach (Fig. 2), grądach (Fig. 3) i borach (Fig. 4). AbstractNorthern oceans are in a state of rapid transition. Still, our knowledge of the likely effects of climate change and ocean acidification on key species in the food web, functionally important habitats and the structure of Arctic and sub-Arctic ecosystems is limited and based mainly on short-term laboratory studies on single species. This review discusses how tropical and temperate natural analogues of carbonate chemistry drivers, such as CO2 vents, have been used to further our knowledge of the sensitivity of biological systems to predicted climate change, and thus assess the capacity of different species to show long-term acclimation and adaptation to elevated levels of pCO2.
