Leggenda privata (2017) is the latest in a series of autobiographical writings by Michele Mari. The novel is the factual narration of the author's childhood and adolescence, documented by family photos, but is also the narration of a fictional and fantastic situation of writing, where the reader is involved in live recording. Voksne innvandrere som tar norsk grunnskoleeksamen har teksterfaringer fra litteraere tradisjoner som kan vaere ukjente i var sammenheng. Basert pa naermere tyve enkeltintervjuer undersoker denne studien bade tidligere og navaerende litteraere tekstpraksiser hos informanter fra Syria, Eritrea og Somalia. Ett av studiens funn er at enkelte informanter med svaert lite skolegang likevel har aktive litteraere tekstpraksiser. Imidlertid vil de fleste litteraere tekstpraksisene sannsynligvis ikke bli gjenkjent i skolesammenheng, ettersom de opptrer utenfor skolens domene og bare unntaksvis er knyttet til trykte, papirbaserte tekster, som boker. Significant physiological differences among parental and hybrid strains under different stress conditions have been evidenced. The paper presents a comparison of case studies about innovative ICT-supported pedagogical practices in two educational systems, namely Finland and Hong Kong. The two systems were selected for this in-depth comparison for three main reasons. First, Finland and Hong Kong performed well in several international comparative studies of educational achievement. El fallecimiento de una persona, en cuanto imputable a otra, genera responsabilidad. Sin embargo, ha sido objeto de debate doctrinal y jurisprudencial quién puede, en cada caso, reclamar la reparación derivada el perjuicio causado por tal fallecimiento. Se entremezclan a este respecto cuestiones que tienen que ver con la distinta terminología y planteamiento de las normas aplicables, según que haya o no responsabilidad civil derivada de delito; y también con la posible aplicación al caso del Derecho sucesorio. A continuación, se da cuenta de las soluciones jurisprudenciales y doctrinales sobre las cuestiones planteadas.
