Le competenze professionali richieste agli assistenti sociali dalla società contemporanea includono la capacità continua di ampliare il loro sapere, saper fare e saper essere, integrandolo con nuove specifiche abilità nell’ascolto e nella presa in carico di persone di cultura diversa. Tiivistelmä Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli kuvata sosiaali-, terveys- ja kuntoutusalan (soteku) opettajien (n=388) digitaalista osaamista osana TerOpe-hanketta. Aineisto kerättiin DigCompEdu CheckIn Self-reflection Tool -itsearviointityökaluun perustuvalla mittarilla, joka sisälsi 21 (strukturoitua) väittämää ja yhden avoimen kysymyksen. In this study, we outline the different steps and strategies followed to develop an online formation program aimed to higher education teachers. Prezentowane badania miały na celu analizę problemu wykluczenia cyfrowego, wskazanie form wsparcia informacyjnego seniorów oraz diagnozę potrzeb osób starszych w zakresie dostępu do informacji przy użyciu technologii cyfrowych.
