En este artículo se analiza la presencia de Francia en los Congresos de Psicología entre 1889 y 1960. Este periodo tiene una especial significación para entender la psicología. En este periodo de tiempo se celebraron 16 reuniones internacionales. La importancia de Francia es evidente, tanto por la organización de tres grandes congresos en París, en 1889, 1900 y 1937, que fueron decisivos para el desarrollo de la incipiente psicología, como por la importante contribución de los investigadores de este país. Background We published the Canadian 2003 International Consensus Algorithm for the Diagnosis, Therapy, and Management of Hereditary Angioedema (HAE; C1 inhibitor [C1-INH] deficiency) in 2004. Objective To ensure that this consensus remains current. Methods In collaboration with the Canadian Network of Rare Blood Disorder Organizations, we held the second Canadian Consensus discussion with our international colleagues in Toronto, Ontario, on February 3, 2006, and reviewed its content at the Fifth C1 Inhibitor Deficiency Workshop in Budapest on June 2, 2007. Background Several gray areas and controversies exist concerning the management of pulmonary ground-glass opacities (GGOs), and there is a lack of consensus among clinicians on this topic. One of the main aims of the Italian Society of Thoracic Surgery is to promote education and research, so we decided to perform a survey on this topic to estimate current trends in practice in a large sample of thoracic surgeons. National statistical agencies construct life tables from death rate estimates (𝑚���𝑥���), or death probabilities (𝑞���𝑥��� ), after applying various hypotheses to the aggregated figures of demographic events (deaths, migrations and births). The use of big data has become extensive across many disciplines, including population statistics. [EN] Progress in Big Data in recent years has grown exponentially, which has allowed the detection and processing of a large amount of data. Until recently, this fact was unattainable by the lack of mechanization of the corporate governance reports. This paper investigates the relationship between corporate governance decisions affect the indebtedness policies of 1,956 industrial companies listed in Europe and the USA over the period 2016–2018 (5,868 observations).
