L'articolo si propone di commentare la sentenza del 14 aprile 2015, nella causa C-409/13, con cui la Corte di Giustizia ha risolto un antico contrasto di tesi giuridiche (e politiche) tra il Consiglio dell’Unione europea e la Commissione europea, avente ad oggetto la questione se quest’ultima possa ritirare una proposta legislativa e, se sì, a quali condizioni e in quali casi. Respingendo il ricorso del Consiglio, la Corte ha risolto il conflitto a favore della Commissione, ma ha anche dato alcune indicazioni riguardo a requisiti di ordine sia procedurale che sostanziale che devono essere rispettati ai fini di un “legittimo” esercizio del potere di ritiro. Dans un contexte de fortes mutations et de réflexion autour du devenir des métiers de la santé et de l’appareil de formation qui leur est dédié en France, les formateurs et les directeurs des Instituts de Formation en Soins Infirmiers sont amenés à travailler à la construction et à la promotion du projet pédagogique de leur établissement. Au quotidien, leurs pratiques individuelles montrent combien leur lecture de la réalité de travail est singulière et se trouve en partie corrélée à leur professionnalité. A partir des significations que chacun d’eux exprime, la coopération entre ces professionnels semble se construire très progressivement à la croisée des problématiques communicationnelles…

Fuzzy motion control strategy for cooperation of multiple automated vehicles with passengers comfort

This paper considers motion control for a cooperative system of automated passenger vehicles. It develops a cooperative scheme based on a decentralized planning algorithm which considers the vehicles in an initial open chain configuration. In this scheme the trajectories are intersections-free, and each trajectory is planned independently of the others. To ensure the stabilization of each vehicle in the planned trajectory, a fuzzy closed loop motion control is presented, where, based on the properties of the Fuzzy maps, the Lyapunov’s stability of the motion errors is demonstrated for all the vehicles. Der vorliegende Artikel stellt eine Ubersicht dar Uber die derzeitigen Vorstellungen des Zusammenwirkens zellularer und humoraler Faktoren, die zu T-Zell-vermittelten zytotoxischen Immunreaktionen fuhren. The Active Healthy Kids Canada (AHKC) Report Card on Physical Activity for Children and Youth has been effective in powering the movement to get kids moving by influencing priorities, policies, and practice in Canada. The AHKC Report Card process was replicated in 14 additional countries from 5 continents using 9 common indicators (Overall Physical Activity, Organized Sport Participation, Active Play, Active Transportation, Sedentary Behavior, Family and Peers, School, Community and Built Environment, and Government Strategies and Investments), a harmonized process and a standardized grading framework.
