Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā kritisku gadījumu analīze ir izmantojuma 11. klases angļu valodas (kā svešvalodas) stundās, lai veicinātu skolēnu pašrefleksijas prasmes. Pētījumā piedalījās divdesmit divi 11. Klases skolēni un viens skolotājs. Pētījums noformēts kā skolotāja portfolio. Darba praktiskā daļa pamatota ar teorētiskiem pētījumiem. Pētījumā nepieciešamie dati iegūti, veicot skolēnu aptaujas, individuālās un grupu intervijas, skolēnu pašrefleksijas žurnālu un analizējot skolēnu rakstiska atsauksmes. The Dynamic Relationship between Response Processes and Self-Regulation in Critical Thinking Assessments

Our aim was to explore higher education students’ response and self-regulatory processes plus the relationship between these, as evidenced in two types of performance-based critical thinking tasks included in the Collegiate Learning Assessment (CLA+) International instrument. The data collection consisted of 20 cognitive laboratories. The data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The tasks were found to trigger different response and self-regulatory processes. Overall, the performance task evoked more holistic processes than the selected-response questions, in which students’ processes were more question-oriented. Tutkimus käsittelee yhteisöstä erottamisen ja siihen takaisinliittymisen mahdollisuuksia rikostaustaisten naisten elämässä. Tutkimuksen kohteena ovat rikostaustaisten naisten kertomukset elämänkulustaan. Tutkimuksessa analysoidaan naisten kertomuksia siirtymäriittiteorian eli yhteisöstä erottamisen, liminaalin ja takaisinliittämisen näkökulmasta. Aineisto on kerätty haastattelemalla 18 naista, jotka haastatteluhetkellä olivat joko suorittamassa vankeusrangaistustaan, ehdonalaisen vapauden valvonnassa tai rangaistuksensa suorittaneet. Rikoksista uutisoidaan sanomalehdissä päivittäin. Uutisointi on merkittävä tekijä liittyen siihen, minkälainen kuva ihmisillä on rikosten uhreista, tekijöistä, ja rikollisuudesta ylipäänsä. Aiemmat tutkimukset ovat näyttäneet, että seksuaalirikoksista uutisoidessa käytetään usein niin kutsuttuja raiskausmyyttejä, jotka ovat stereotyyppisiä ja osin virheellisiäkin toistuvia tapoja kuvata niin seksuaalirikosten uhreja kuin tekijöitäkin. The minority paradigm attributed to late 14th century storytellers reveals its insufficiency in the light of the most recent theoretical debate on gender.In the essay it is observed how the adoption of a narrative subject highlights, in the novelistic texts in question, an asymmetrical textual ratio, the mixture of literary and spoken language, are elements of an experimental tension. In the Autumn of the Middle Ages, the metamorphosis of the novel, considered in the face of contemporary figurative languages, also brings to light the dynamic game of plural and unitary, closed and open, as a founding trait of modern narrative processes.
