This article discusses a data set of about 50 derived words built with different international and Slavic prefixes. Base words fo r derivation are nouns which denote human beings in Czech and Polish languages. Ks. Karol Koziołek, proboszcz parafii w Grabinie koło Prudnika, to jeden z czołowych działaczy polskiego ruchu narodowego na Śląsku Opolskim. W 1928 r. został posłem do sejmiku prowincjonalnego. Ubiegał się także, chociaż bezskutecznie, o mandat do sejmu pruskiego i parlamentu Rzeszy Niemieckiej. W latach 1930–1935 sprawował funk-cję prezesa Dzielnicy I Związku Polaków w Niemczech. Z ogromnym zaangażowaniem działał na rzecz zachowania języka polskiego w Kościele. Czech civilian special services after 1989 were built by former officers of the communist services. In Poland and in the Czech Republic, at least at the beginning of the changes, participation in the services of members of the democratic opposition was symbolic. The officers of the communist services in both countries were gradually removed during subsequent reorganizations in the years 1990–2018. In the Czech Republic they have not been completely removed to this day. The Czech authorities deprived them of financial powers acquired in the service of a totalitarian system. The role of supportive environments on health, wellbeing, and longevity has been widely recognized. However, there is no strong empirical evidence on the association between health literacy (HL) as a particular health-related competence and neighbourhoods. Therefore, the aim of the study was to assess the association between the features of neighbourhoods and the level of HL competencies of young people from three countries (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia).
