The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of an online affect management intervention on relationship conflict through the rate of growth of team resilience in virtual teams with diversity faultlines. Fifty-two 4-person teams participated in a randomized controlled trial design with repeated measures (i.e., three measurement occasions). The present work describes the experimental mechanical characterisation of a natural flax fibre reinforced epoxy polymer composite. A commercial plain woven quasi-unidirectional flax fabric with spun-twisted yarns is employed in particular, as well as unidirectional composite panels manufactured with three techniques: hand-lay-up, vacuum bagging and resin infusion. The stiffness and strength behaviours are investigated under both monotonic and low-cycle fatigue loadings. The Author traces back the role played by legal magazines over the years, emphasising their being a mirror representation, genuine, silent and at the same time relentless, of the different phases of legal theory. The most recent magazines’ function is to renew the dialogue between legal theory and case-law; this dialogue should neither be casual, nor a captive of the alternative, as sad as it is popular, between occasional disapproving distancing and too enthusiastic acceptance in respect of court’ choices.
