Doskonalenie nauczycieli to jeden z kluczowych czynników poprawy jakości edukacji często poddawany ewaluacji. W artykule dokonano charakterystyki wybranych projektów realizowanych z funduszy Unii Europejskiej przez Ośrodek Doskonalenia Nauczycieli w Kaliszu oraz wskazano procesy związane z ich wdrażaniem. Celem badania była ocena zmodernizowanego systemu doskonalenia nauczycieli i próba określenia, jak model ten sprawdza się w rzeczywistości. Przeprowadzona analiza pozwoliła wskazać efekty szkoleń oraz mankamenty dotyczące struktury i funkcjonowania opisywanego systemu. W artykule zamieszczone zostały wyniki badań, wnioski i rekomendacje.

AbstractOmmatidial rotation is one of the most important events for correct patterning of the Drosophila eye. Although several signaling pathways are involved in this process, few genes have been shown to specifically affect it. One of them is nemo (nmo), which encodes a MAP-like protein kinase that regulates the rate of rotation throughout the entire process, and serves as a link between core planar cell polarity (PCP) factors and the E-cadherin–β-catenin complex. Bezpieczeństwo ruchu drogowego to szereg zasad i działań, których celem jest określenie zagrożeń na drogach oraz próba ich eliminacji. Zagadnienie to jest problemem interdyscyplinarnym, którym zajmuje się wiele dziedzin nauki jak np. prawo, ekonomia, inżynieria ruchu drogowego, medycyna, czy psychologia. AbstractIn the design of digital logic circuits, QCA technology is an excellent alternative to CMOS technology. Its advantages over CMOS include low power consumption, fast circuit switching, and nanoscale design. Circuits that convert data between different formats are code converters. Code converters have an essential role in high-performance computing and signal processing. In this paper, first, we proposed a novel QCA structure for the quantum reversible Fredkin gate. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is the most commonly used technique to extract microstructural features from a set of diffusion-weighted images. In addition to the metrics obtained with DTI, diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) can provide non-Gaussian diffusion measures by means of the kurtosis tensor. DKI give an dimensionless measure that quantifies the deviation of the water diffusion displacement profile from the Gaussian distribution of unrestricted diffusion, providing a measure of the degree of diffusion hindrance or restriction. Jednym z obowiązków w prawie ubezpieczeń społecznych jest opłacanie składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne. Ustawodawca przewidział, że w praktyce może się zdarzyć, że płatnik z różnych powodów nie będzie mógł uiścić należności składkowych. Wobec tego wprowadził określone mechanizmy, które mają ułatwić realizację tego obowiązku.
