Il vise premièrement à mettre l’accent sur les méthodes pédagogiques déployées à l’université par les enseignants en cours magistral et en travaux pratiques et travaux dirigés. Il s’intéresse dans un second temps à l’utilisation du numérique par les enseignants, pendant et en dehors des heures de cours, comme facteur explicatif des méthodes pédagogiques mises en place. Ainsi, à partir des données recueillies au travers une enquête empirique menée auprès d’un échantillon composé de 248 enseignants d’une université française, nous proposons une description des méthodes pédagogiques mobilisées par ces derniers. Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin ylioppilastutkinnon yleisarvosanan, tavoiteorientaatioiden ja muiden motivaatiotekijöiden yhteyttä menestymiseen valtakunnallisessa kasvatusalan valintayhteistyöverkoston toteuttamassa opiskelijavalintakokeessa (VAKAVA). Tutkimukseen osallistuivat Jyväskylän yliopiston luokanopettajakoulutukseen pyrkineet hakijat vuosina 2014 ja 2015 (n = 399). Design and Performance Evaluation of a High Power-Density EMI Filter for PWM Inverter-Fed Induction-Motor Drives

This paper presents the design of an electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter for a low-voltage high-current induction-motor drives supplied by dc power grids. In order to effectively design the EMI filter, a suitable common-mode/differential-mode (CM/DM) separation technique has been used. Due to the high operating currents, the software-based separation technique using time-domain measurements has been applied. The proposed technique allows the CM and DM sections of the EMI filter to be properly selected in a more economical way, i.e., without the need of a dedicated hardware or costly radio frequency (RF) instrumentation. Aquatic animals are continuously exposed to chemical pollutants but the effects evoked in skin surfaces, which receive the most direct contact with them, are poorly investigated. Terminal carbohydrate composition and immunological components present in skin mucus of gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata L.) specimens exposed to waterborne sublethal dosages of heavy metals [arsenic (As2O3), cadmium (CdCl2) and mercury (CH3HgCl) at 5, 5 and 0.04 μM, respectively for 2, 10 and 30 days were analysed. Menestystarina nimeltä kirjasto on Kirsti Kekin elämäntyöhön pohjautuva teos suomalaisten yleisten kirjastojen lähihistoriasta. Tietokirja käy läpi erityisesti viime vuosikymmenten aikana tapahtunutta kirjastoalan kehitystä ja valottaa tehtyjen päätösten taustoja.
