The commentary discusses the scope of the court's jurisdiction in the proceedings to issue a cumulative judgment. The author agrees with the Supreme Court's view that, in its cumulative judgment, a court should neither assess whether individual penalties imposed under separate judgments are correct, nor should it analyse the extent of culpability and the social harm caused by the acts. The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

Ievads: Vēljoprojām ir sastopamas nozīmīgas blaknes diabēta zālēm, kas ir īpaši nozīmīgi pieaugot saslimstībai ar diabētu pasualē, kā arī Latvijā. Atpazīt diabēta medikamentu izraisītās blaknes ir svarīgi, lai novērstu smagās komplikācijas, ko tās var radīt. Pētijuma mērķis: pētījuma mērķis bija konstatēt blakņu esamību hospitalizētajiem diabēta pacientiem. Materiāli un Metodes: pētījumi, iekļāva pacientus, kuri diagnozticēti ar diabetes mellitus. Pacienti tika iztaujāti par medikamentiem, kurus viņi lieto atveseļošanās periodā un par viņu zināmām vai nezināmajām novērotajām blaknēm. Recently, the large-scale reforms of special education have been carried out in many countries. This study focuses on the latest Finnish reform of special education in compulsory education. As principals lead educational reforms in schools, their role in the implementation of reform is significant. In his contribution, the author presents the work on the codification (initially on the Act) of procedural criminal law in Poland in the years 1919–1928. Those works were initially led by the Criminal Department of the Codification Committee, and then by the Criminal Proceedings Section of the Codification Commission. The first period of the work on the criminal procedure law was characterized by some disputes between the members of the Department, i.e. supporters of the classical school (E. Krzymuski) vs. the sociological school (J. Makarewicz), the discussion aiming at defining the relationship of procedural criminal law and substantive criminal law.
