Questo articolo ricostruisce gli anni della militanza del pedagogista italiano Aldo Capitini nell’ADESSPI (Associazione per la Difesa e per lo sviluppo della Scuola Pubblica). Dall’esame di diverse fonti, quali opere dell’autore (carteggi, dispense dei corsi universitari, volumi, articoli), pubblicazioni ministeriali, letteratura critica, ma anche pubblicazioni dell’associazione e degli altri soci dell’ADESSPI, è emerso il ruolo di primo piano che Capitini svolse all’interno del movimento di riforma della scuola italiana degli anni Sessanta, impegnandosi in prima persona nella progettazione e nella stesura delle sue linee programmatiche. This article seeks to answer the strategic question of the cultural institutions positioning by insisting on the need, on the one hand, for analyzing the total relation between the consumer and the cultural object (central road of positioning definition) and, on the other hand, for considering the role of the cultural place (peripheral road). We will be able to consider that the ways of differentiation are multiple and correspond to a conceptualization of the ambivalent cultural experience.

Participation in the public debate constitutes one of the most evident avenues for political scientists to demonstrate the social relevance of the discipline. Caur mobilo aplikāciju iegūtās informācijas izmantošana administratīvo pārkāpumu lietās

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt caur mobilo aplikāciju iegūtas informācijas izmantošanu pierādīšanas procesā administratīvo pārkāpumu lietās un tādas informācijas attiecināmību, pieļaujamību un ticamību. Pētījuma rezultātā autors ir izdarījis secinājumus par pierādījumu jēdzienu, pierādījumu īpašībām un pētījuma ietvaros tiek secināts, ka, situācijā, ja lietā nav citu pierādījumu, kuri apstiprinātu pierādīšanas priekšmetā ietilpstošu faktu esamību, caur mobilo aplikāciju iegūtās informācijas ticamība ir apšaubāma. Lai šīs šaubas novērstu, nepieciešams iegūt papildus pierādījumus.

Arterial hypertension is a significant cause of end-stage renal failure; effective treatment of hypertensive patients reduces the rate of progression of this disorder. ss-Blockers, particularly nonselective agents, are associated with deterioration of renal function in patients with chronic renal failure. Previous studies on the interaction of the beta1-selective adrenergic antagonist bisoprolol with kidney function have been performed only acutely and over the short term. ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the impact of innovative education tools-in this case, based on experimental methodology-on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge among management students. The study incorporates a clear split-sample design using two equivalent, randomly created groups. One group participates in a classroom experiment designed to illustrate the concept of the Phillips Curve, while the other participated in a traditional non-experimental lesson.
