Darbā ir aprakstīts Klientu apkalpošanas sistēmas “KLAPS” funkcionalitātes uzlabojumu izstrādes process. Darba ietvaros izstrādāta esošas funkcionalitātes papildināšana vai pielāgošana lietotāju prasībām un jaunas funkcionalitātes izstrāde. Darba mērķis ir papildināt sistēmas KLAPS tīmekļa saskarni ar papildus tiesību piešķiršanas iespēju, izstrādāt darba uzdevumu sinhronizāciju starp KLAPS sistēmu un Redmine rīku un veikt citus sistēmas papildinājumus pēc lietotāju vai projekta pārvaldnieka definētajām vajadzībām.

This article proposes to reconsider the concept of lived cultural experience. In a first part, we explore the track of value. We try to justify of its interest to apprehend the experience. We also seek to improve the conceptualization of the experience by defining it as an interaction place - object. Then, in a second part, we present an empirical test of this conceptualization in the field of lives performance. This test is followed of a discussion about the results.

Aarne Mäkelä tutki väitöstyössään peruskoulun johtamista ja rehtorin tehtäviä. Cross country skiing is known as an endurance sport and both aerobic and anaerobic systems have a major impact on performance in cross country skiers. Coaches and athletes use periodized training programs to optimize physiological adaptations and increase performance. Knowing how the major aerobic and anaerobic variables change during the course of one ski season will allow better implementation of training programs. This study examined variations in endurance performance, and how that relates to the variation in different aerobic and anaerobic variables. There were 19 subjects in the study, 11 male and 8 female. Self-Esteem, Socially Prescribed Perfectionism, and Parental Burnout

AbstractSocially prescribed perfectionism (SPP) has been shown to be a risk factor for parental burnout (Sorkkila & Aunola, 2020). In the present study, we investigated the moderating role of self-esteem in this association. A total of 479 Finnish mothers of infants filled in questionnaires measuring their self-esteem, SPP, and symptoms of parental burnout. The results of structural equation modelling (SEM) showed that mothers’ self-esteem moderated the effect of SPP on parental burnout: Mothers with high self-esteem were at lower risk of showing burnout symptoms even when SPP co-occurred, whereas for mothers with low self-esteem, the effect of SPP on burnout symptoms was further streng…
