The legal framework governing proceedings before the ECtHR does not deal with cases in which victims of human rights violations are not de jure and/or de facto capable of lodging applications with the Court. The article aims to deepen a fundamental and much debated profile in relation to the special rite of the Italian patteggiamento. In particular, the Author, in the light of an analysis of the undoubted particularities of the judicial mechanism of application of penalty upon request of the parties, intends to focus on the essence and the operation that the judgment rule assumes, respectively, in the ordinary cursus of criminal proceeding and in therevision, trying to offer an interpretative reconstruction that is able to reconcile the (substantial) needs of justice and the (formal) reasons for systematic coherence.

In this paper, we introduce the new concept of Vehicular Fog Computing (VFC). The Fog Computing (FC) paradigm evolved and is employed to enhance the quality of cloud computing services by extending it to the edge of the network using one or more collaborative end-user clients or near-user edge devices. On modified α-ϕ-fuzzy contractive mappings and an application to integral equations

Abstract We introduce the notion of a modified α-ϕ-fuzzy contractive mapping and prove some results in fuzzy metric spaces for such kind of mappings. The theorems presented provide a generalization of some interesting results in the literature. Two examples and an application to integral equations are given to illustrate the usability of our theory.
