La tasa de mutación de algunos virus de DNA puede llegar a ser mil veces superior que la de su hospedador, incluso cuando el virus utiliza la polimerasa de la célula huésped para la replicación. Following short-term culture, Langerhans cells mature morphologically and functionally into potent immunostimulatory cells. As regulation of gene expression accompanies this maturation process, it is likely that differentially expressed genes are involved in the maturation events. Using the recently described method of differential display, we generated cDNA expression patterns starting with mRNA of murine epidermal Langerhans cells isolated either directly (fLC) or following 3 d cultivation (cLC). Na podstawie kwerendy danych zastanych wyróżnionych zostało pięć obszarów, w których są stosowane badania społeczne odnoszące się do energetyki odnawialnej: badania opinii publicznej, badania informacyjno-promocyjne, badania rynkowe i marketingowe, badania ewaluacyjne oraz badania diagnostyczne i prognostyczne. W każdym z tych obszarów realizowane badania służą innym celom i potrzebom zlecających, występuje odmienna specyfika doboru metod i technik badawczych, a także forma i zakres przedstawionych wniosków, raportu końcowego. The photophysical and DNA-binding properties of the cationic zinc(II) complex of 5-triethylammonium methyl salicylidene ortho-phenylenediiminato (ZnL 2 + ) were investi- gated by a combination of experimental and theoretical methods.
