Īpašvērtību pieeja izlases optimālā izvietojuma noteikšanai domēnos

Darba mērķis ir iepazīt un praksē realizēt algoritmu izlases optimālā izvietojuma noteikšanai apakšpopulācijās, kas ir balstīts uz matricu īpašvērtību problēmu. Optimālais izvietojums tika noteikts vienpakāpju un divpakāpju izlasēm. Darbs sastāv no piecām daļām, kurās ir atrodams neliels ievads izlasu apsekojumu teorijā, teorētiskais materiāls darba veikšanai, rezultāti un secinājumi. Secinājumi balstās uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izmantojot programmu R. Darba apjoms ir 29 lappuses. Darbā ir septiņas tabulas. Izmantotās literatūras sarakstā ir septiņi avoti. Traditionally, intimate-partner violence has been considered a special type of crime that occurs behind closed doors, with different characteristics from street-level crime. The aim of this study is to analyze the spatial overlap of police calls reporting street-level and behind-closed-doors crime. We analyzed geocoded police calls in the 552 census-block groups of the city of Valencia, Spain, related to street-level crime (N = 26,624) and to intimate-partner violence against women (N = 11,673). Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot emocionālo traucējumu un negatīvo automātisko domu prognozējošo ietekmi un to savstarpējās sakarības ar palīdzības meklēšanas attieksmi un nodomu. Kā arī noskaidrot, vai pastāv dzimuma atšķirības palīdzības meklēšanas attieksmei un nodomam. Pētījumā piedalījās 215 respondentu vecumā no 18 līdz 77 gadiem. Job market, nowadays, asks for higher and higher skills and competences. Therefore, also the measurement and assessment of the university students performance are crucial issues for policy makers. Although the scientific literature provides several papers investigating the main determinants of university student performance, often results are very different, and they seem to hold just in very specific contexts. This paper aims to contribute to the international literature, focusing on the role of student specific characteristics, supporting the idea that unobservable variables (such as motivation, aptitudes or abilities) should be more investigated.

Sponges (Porifera) represent the lowest metazoan phylum, characterized by a pronounced plasticity in the determination of cell lineages, and they are the closest related taxon to the hypothetical ancestral animal, the Urmetazoa, from which the metazoan lineages diverged. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pašvaldības domes deputāta tiesisko statusu un to subjektīvo tiesību aizsardzības iespējas, ja, īstenojot deputāta pilnvaras, tā tiesības tiek aizskartas. Attiecīgais jautājums juridiskajā literatūrā līdz šim nav pētīts, taču tā aktualitāti apstiprina gan Satversmes tiesas, gan administratīvo tiesu prakse. Darba izstrādes procesā autore secināja, ka pašvaldības domes deputātam atsevišķos gadījumos piemīt subjektīvās publiskās tiesības, kuru aizsardzība ir iespējama administratīvajā tiesā. W artykule podjęto próbę teologicznej oceny klasycznych modeli racjonalizacji cierpienia i zła. Należą do nich: harmonizacja i estetyzacja, ontologiczna depotencjacja, umoralizowanie oraz pedagogizacja zła. Autor dochodzi do wniosku, iż żaden z nich nie daje wystarczającej odpowiedzi na bolesne pytanie: Dlaczego Bóg dopuszcza zło? Niemniej jednak każdy z wymienionych modeli zawiera elementy, które z powodzeniem mogą być wykorzystane we współczesnym dyskursie teodycealnym.
