El siguiente artículo profundiza en la complejidad del trasvase del humor, basándose en un problema recurrente en el doblaje de comedias: los juegos de palabras transmitidos parcialmente a través de la imagen. El estudio analiza los factores que inciden en su traducción e ilustra las distintas técnicas de traducción con escenas de la filmografía de los Hermanos Marx. Finalmente, muestra las conclusiones obtenidas a partir del análisis del doblaje de 74 juegos de palabras con restricción visual y su comparación con 116 casos en los que no hay dicha restricción. El doblaje de Profilage: un estudio de caso

El presente estudio se centra en el análisis de la gestión del proyecto de traducción para el doblaje de la serie de ficción de producción francesa Profilage (Robert y Lebarbier, 2009- 2015) y persigue una doble finalidad. Por una parte, describir el proceso de la traducción audiovisual (tav), tomando en consideración la interacción de los diferentes agentes del proceso con las fases del proyecto (Ferrer, 2011). Por otra parte, analizar las particularidades que presenta este proyecto de tav en la combinación francés-español, mediante el análisis de 5 temporadas que revelará normas de traducción presentes en el género crime procedural.
Interjections and Pragmatic Errors in Dubbing

This paper consists of an analysis of the expressive secondary interjections found in the film Four Weddings and a Funeral and their equivalents in the Spanish and Catalan dubbed versions. The contrastive analysis of the interjections in the original English version compared with the Spanish and the Catalan dubbed versions shows that the strategies followed by the translators are different: literal translation is far more frequent in Spanish than in Catalan. Literal translation often implies an error that is pragmatic in nature since it derives from the misunderstanding of the pragmatic meaning that the interjection conveys.

The mechanisms of the metabolic switch are not fully understood. Candida dubliniensis, an emerging oral pathogen, phenotypically resembles Candida albicans so closely that it is easily misidentified as such. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the usefulness of two phenotypic methods, growth at 45 degrees C and 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) reduction, for confirming presumptive identification of C. dubliniensis and C. albicans by colony color on CHROMagar Candida (CAC) medium.
