Configurational landscape of chiral iron(II) bis(phosphane) complexes

[EN] The reaction of a chiral [FeH(¿2-H2){(R,R)-Me-DuPhos}2]+ ((R,R)-Me-DuPhos = (¿)-1,2-bis[(2R,5R)-2,5-dimethylphospholano]benzene) complex with ethers and halides is investigated by NMR techniques. From this study, it is apparent that dihydrogen ligand exchange by poorly-coordinating donor molecules, such as THF or Et2O, is feasible under mild conditions. The cis-[FeH(THF-d8){(R,R)-Me-DuPhos}2]+ complex is identified as the product in THF-d8 solution. A mixture of cis- and trans-[FeH(ether){(R,R)-Me-DuPhos}2]+ isomers is obtained after the addition of small quantities of THF or Et2O to a CD2Cl2 solution of [FeH(¿2-H2){(R,R)-Me-DuPhos}2]+. A duplicate diet study was designed to explore the occurrence of 15 Fusarium mycotoxins in the 24 h-diet consumed by one volunteer as well as the levels of mycotoxins in his 24 h-collected urine. The employed methodology involved solvent extraction at high ionic strength followed by dispersive solid phase extraction and gas chromatography determination coupled to mass spectrometry in tandem. Satisfactory results in method performance were achieved. The method"s accuracy was in a range of 68%108%, with intra-day relative standard deviation and inter-day relative standard deviation lower than 12% and 15%, respectively. Topic models for text analysis are most commonly trained using either Gibbs sampling or variational Bayes. Recently, hybrid variational-Gibbs algorithms have been found to combine the best of both worlds. Variational algorithms are fast to converge and more efficient for inference on new documents. Gibbs sampling enables sparse updates since each token is only associated with one topic instead of a distribution over all topics. Additionally, Gibbs sampling is unbiased. Although Gibbs sampling takes longer to converge, it is guaranteed to arrive at the true posterior after infinitely many iterations. AbstractThe human neuronal nitric oxide synthase (NOS1) gene is subject to extensive splicing. A total of 12 NOS1 mRNA species have been identified. They differ in their 5′ ends and are derived from 12 different first exons (termed exons 1a to 1l). Various cell lines whose NOS1 first exon expression patterns were representative of human brain, skin, and skeletal muscle were identified. These included A673 neuroepithelioma cells, SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells, HaCaT keratinocyte-like cells, and C2C12 myocyte-like cells. TP53 and MDM2 genes and their protein expression were evaluated in frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue from 27 patients with malignant fibrous histiocytoma to elucidate the relationship between them, their implication in tumor progression mechanisms and their possible diagnostic-prognostic value in malignant fibrous histiocytoma. The southern Tyrrhenian Sea margin is dominated by deformations whose kinematics are relatively poorly constrained, and different models have been proposed to account for its recent evolution. Analysis of new structural and space geodesy data, combined with available geophysical information, reveal a deformation field characterised by subhorizontal NW-SE directed shortening and SW-NE directed extension. Throughout the last 2–3 decades, there has been great interest in the extrinsic geometry of foliated Riemannian manifolds (see [2], [4] and [22]). ¶One approach is to build examples of foliations with reasonably simple singularities with leaves admitting some very restrictive geometric condition.
