Calderón's problem for p-laplace type equations

We investigate a generalization of Calderón’s problem of recovering the conductivity coefficient in a conductivity equation from boundary measurements. As a model equation we consider the p-conductivity equation div σ |∇u|p−2 ∇u = 0 with 1 < p < ∞, which reduces to the standard conductivity equation when p = 2. The thesis consists of results on the direct problem, boundary determination and detecting inclusions. We formulate the equation as a variational problem also when the conductivity σ may be zero or infinity in large sets. Refined instability estimates for some inverse problems

Many inverse problems are known to be ill-posed. The ill-posedness can be manifested by an instability estimate of exponential type, first derived by Mandache [29]. In this work, based on Mandache's idea, we refine the instability estimates for two inverse problems, including the inverse inclusion problem and the inverse scattering problem. Our aim is to derive explicitly the dependence of the instability estimates on key parameters. The first result of this work is to show how the instability depends on the depth of the hidden inclusion and the conductivity of the background medium. In this paper we present an experimental study on real-time collision avoidance with potential fields that are based on 3D point cloud data and processed on the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The virtual forces from the potential fields serve two purposes. First, they are used for changing the reference trajectory. Second they are projected to and applied on torque control level for generating according nullspace behavior together with a Cartesian impedance main control loop. Vanhempien osallisuuden kuvaukset perusopetuksen vuosiluokkien 1-6 oppimissuunnitelmissa ja HOJKS-asiakirjoissa

Tässä artikkelissa tarkastellaan vanhempien osallisuuden kuvauksia perusopetuksen vuosiluokilla 1-6 laadituissa oppimisen ja koulunkäynnin tuen asiakirjoissa. Tutkimusaineiston muodostivat 38 oppimissuunnitelmaa sekä 45 HOJKS-asiakirjaa, jotka analysoitiin sisällönanalyysilla. Teorialähtöisen sisällönanalyysin pohjana oli Epsteinin osallisuutta kuvastava kuusiportainen malli, jonka pohjalta tuotettiin kuva vanhemmuuden osallisuuden sisällöistä asiakirjoissa. Lisäksi tutkimuksessa eriteltiin, millaisia merkityksiä vanhemmuus sai kuhunkin osallisuuden ulottuvuuteen sisältyvissä lausumissa. Darbā tiek apskatīti silīcija kristālu audzēšanas peldošas zonas metodes skaitliskie elektromagnētiskā lauka aprēķini. Darbā tiek salīdzinātas dažādas skaitlisku aprēķinu metodes. No vienas puses izmanto programmu, kas implementē robeželementu metodes augstfrekvences elektromagnētiska lauka tuvinājumā. Alternatīvi tiek apskatīta virsmas impedances robežnosacījumu ieviešana programmās, kas balstās uz galīgo elementu metodi. Virsmas impedances robežnosacījumu implementācija ir pieejama ANSYS, GetDP un FEMM programmās 2D un 3D gadījumā. Modeļu precizitāte tiek novērtēta uz vienkāršota piemēra. Izmantojot ieviestos robežnosacījumus, tiek veikti reālas 4 collu peldošas zonas sistēmas aprēķini.
Exploration of the sea urchin coelomic fluid via combinatorial peptide ligand libraries

The urchin Paracentrotus lividus has been characterized via previous capture and enhancement of low-abundance proteins with combinatorial peptide ligand libraries (CPLL, ProteoMiner). Whereas in the control only 26 unique gene products could be identified, 82 species could be detected after CPLL treatment. Due to the overwhelming presence of two major proteins-the toposome (a highly glycosylated, modified calcium-binding, iron-less transferrin) and the major yolk proteins, belonging to the class of cell adhesion proteins-which constituted about 70% of the proteome of this biological fluid and strongly interfered with the capture of the minority proteome, no additional proteins could be dete…
