The text attempts to conceptualize the possible reform of the procedure of making notarial deeds in Poland. It examines the feasibility of drafting and signing these deeds in the course of online communication between parties. The analysis builds on the significant constraints for the classic notarial procedure (based on paper documents and on the physical presence of a notary and parties) that were triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic. Its aim reaches, however, further beyond the present-day realities and seeks possible ways to generally modernize provisions on notarial deeds and to adjust them to the growing proliferation of online communication in the society. Artykuł stanowi prezentację nauczania Lutra na temat usprawiedliwiającej wiary i wynikających stąd niektórych teologicznych implikacji. W nauce o usprawiedliwieniu Reformator z Wittenbergi znalazł sposób na uwolnienie się od wątpliwości w kwestii zbawienia, dochodząc do wniosku, że nie uczynki i wyznawanie przed Bogiem swoich niepowodzeń, lecz jedynie wiara czyni sprawiedliwym przed Bogiem. Zaproponowaną przez Lutra nową perspektywę spojrzenia na relację człowieka do Boga można nazwać „skokiem wiary”. Zdaniem autora przypadek ten dobrze ilustruje realia, w jakich przyszło żyć duchowieństwu w Polskiej Rzeczypospolitej Ludowej. Wojciech Kloc, ze Zgromadzenia Braci Albertynów, prowadził handel dewocjonaliami w celu zarobienia pieniędzy na remont dachu domu zakonnego. In this paper we want to consider the inner connection between Kant and Goethe; therefore we want to emphasize primarily aspects they have in common rather than points of opposition. Goethe says for example about Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason that this “voice has brought a great advancement,” in so far as through it man has been able “to awaken concerning himself,” concerning his “highest faculty of reason.” Goethe was above all impressed, however, by the Critique of Judgment and he confessed: “The great main ideas of this work were analogous to my own previous ideas.” It was for him “an exceedingly great deed... that Kant placed art and nature in his Critique of Judgment side by side” so …

A shading experiment in ‘Black Magic’ cv was conducted in Sicily to test a new thinning method, aiming to reduce the no. berries/cluster, maximising quality and value of the production. A reduction of intercepted light was imposed at the 65 stage of the BBCH scale (50% cap fall) for 12 days. The soilless greenhouse conditions allowed two growing cycles occurring under different climate conditions, an early (end of March flowering) and a late production cycle (beginning of August flowering). During the shade treatment, net photosynthetic rate was significantly reduced by 82% and 96% in the late and early production cycles, respectively. The issue of morphodynamic influence in meandering streams is investigated through a series of laboratory experiments on curved and straight flumes. Both qualitative and quantitative observations confirm the suitability of the recent theoretical developments (Zolezzi & Seminara 2001) that indicate the occurrence of two distinct regimes of morphodynamic influence, depending on the value of the width ratio of the channel β. The threshold value βR separating the upstream from the downstream influence regimes coincides with the resonant value discovered by Blondeaux & Seminara (1985).
