Administratīvās tiesas jau vairāk nekā 14 gadus iesaistās dialogā ar Satversmes tiesu, lai objektīvi un taisnīgi izspriestu tās izskatīšanā esošās lietas, tomēr līdz šim Latvijā minētais tiesu dialogs pētīts maz. Tālab darbā tiek pētīts ar tiesas pieteikuma palīdzību īstenotā administratīvo tiesu dialoga ar Satversmes tiesu veidošanās pamats, galvenās pazīmes, problēmjautājumi un attīstības virzieni, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot administratīvo tiesu kompetencei pašām veikt tiesību normu hierarhijas kontroli. Possono, se vissute e intese in una prosptettiva educativa, diventare scuole storiche di apprendimento etico diffuso e costituire quella forma di sostegno prepolitico alla politica del quale le democrazie ha necessità. La condizione prima è un atteggiamento nuovo, critico e aperto - non fondamentalista - sia in chi si definisce "religiosamente stonato" sia in chi dice di vivere una vita di fede.

Educational dialogue among teachers experiencing different levels of self-efficacy

This study examines the occurrence and quality of educational dialogue in the Grade 1 classrooms of teachers with low, moderate and high self-efficacy beliefs. Video recordings of 24 teachers were analysed based on episodes of educational dialogue and were categorised with respect to patterns of dialogic teaching. Teachers with low levels of self-efficacy conducted educational dialogue the least; they also used less teacher-initiated, high-quality dialogue compared with moderate and high self-efficacy teachers. In recent years there has been a growing interest toward the development of pervasive and context-aware services, and RFID technology played a relevant role in the context sensing task. We propose the use of RFID technology together with a conversational agent in order to implement a multimodal information retrieval service we call SensorMesh. In this abstract we introduce an unsupervised sub-symbolic natural language sentences encoding procedure aimed at catching and representing into a Chatbot Knowledge Base (KB) the concepts expressed by an user interacting with a robot. The chatbot KB is coded in a conceptual space induced from the application of the Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) paradigm on a corpus of documents. LSA has the effect of decomposing the original relationships between elements into linearly-independent vectors.
