Saskarsmes problēmas onkoloģijā un paliatīvajā aprūpē

Pēdējos gados ziņu avotos bieži tiek minētas nesaprašanās starp ārstu un pacientu. Šajos rakstos ir minēta ārstu nespēja vai nevēlēšanās pacientam pietiekami izskaidrot ārstēšanu un procedūras, veltīt laiku pacientam. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu apmierinātību ar saskarsmi un komunikāciju onkoloģijā un paliatīvajā aprūpē kā arī atklāt kļūdas, kas radušās komunikācijā starp ārstu un pacientu. Tika izveidota anketa, kas aptver dažādus saskarsmes elementus. Dati tika analizēti un tika veidotas sakarības starp komunikācijas aspektiem un pacientu apmierinātību ar saskarsmi onkoloģijā un paliatīvajā aprūpē. Mental health research and practice is currently moving beyond a focus on group-level symptom reduction models. Hence, research and treatment increasingly emphasize the real-life individual needs of service users and their social networks. Exploring coherence and authorship in pedagogical link-making in science

Despite rapid changes in education, science classrooms will remain central forums where fragmented pieces of information are brought together to construct coherent knowledge as concepts and explanatory scientific storylines. There is limited work stressing the importance of the interplay between how content is communicated through pedagogical link-making and the use of communicative approaches. Even less research addresses the role of coherence in this process. In this study, through exploring three cases of teachers teaching the same topic, we will bring forth differences on how links between past and to be learned scientific knowledge are made. This paper revisits two teacher-education contexts which we independently researched. Both contexts invested in teacher-professional transformation, presenting unique puzzles in our respective data analyses. Bringing together Bakhtinian dialogic theory and Natural Inclusionality (Rayner, 2017), we return to these puzzles in a reflective dialogue. The paper unpacks two emergent themes.
