Šī pētījuma tēma ir bezpersonas un kopdzimtes vietniekvārdi Eiropas Kopīgajās pamatnostādnēs valodu apguvē. Šie vietniekvārdi pētīti arī iepriekš, tomēr nav pētījumu par to lietojumu Pamatnostādnēs. Šis pētījums apraksta kopdzimtes un bezpersonas vietniekvārdu formu, funkciju un biežuma variācijas kā reģistra pastāvīguma mērauklu. Pētījuma teorētiskā bāze balstās Halideja (Halliday, 1985), Līča un Svartvīka (Leech, Svartvik, 2002), Laitinena (Laitinen, 2004) and Peina (Payne, 2011), kā arī citu valodnieku darbos. Developing mixed methods research in sport and exercise psychology: potential contributions of a critical realist perspective

Notwithstanding diverse opinions and debates about mixing methods, mixed methods research (MMR) is increasingly being used in sport and exercise psychology. In this paper, we describe MMR trends within leading sport and exercise psychology journals and explore critical realism as a possible underpinning framework for conducting MMR. Our meta-study of recent empirical mixed methods studies published in 2017–2019 indicates that eight (36%) of the 22 MMR studies explicitly stated a paradigmatic position (five drew on pragmatism, two switched paradigms between qualitative and quantitative elements of the study, and one was situated in relativist-interpretivism). Elisabeth is widely known as a critic of René Descartes' account of mind--body interaction and scholarly interpretations of her view on the will most often pose the question about the freedom of the will in relation to bodily impulses such as the passions. Tässä tutkielmassa esitetään näkökulmia pelien ymmärtämiseen. Tutkimuksen lähtökohtana on Ludwig Wittgensteinin ajatus kielipelistä. Kielipeli käsitetään keinoksi ymmärtää erilaisten kuvaustapojen suhde toisiinsa. Kuvaustavat ovat keskenään vaihtoehtoisia. Kielipelin käsityksiä ei voida arvioida irrallaan käytön kontekstista. Leikki ja peli ovat läheisiä ilmiöitä, eikä niitä monissa kielissä erotella lainkaan toisistaan. Tutkielmassa tarkastellaan ensin leikkiä. Leikki on laaja ilmiö, joka ei liity vain lasten toimintaan. Abstract Background The interconversion of two important energy metabolites, 3-hydroxybutyrate and acetoacetate (the major ketone bodies), is catalyzed by D-3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (BDH1: EC 1.1.1.30), a NAD+-dependent enzyme. The eukaryotic enzyme is bound to the mitochondrial inner membrane and harbors a unique lecithin-dependent activity. Here, we report an advanced purification method of the mammalian BDH applied to the liver enzyme from jerboa (Jaculus orientalis), a hibernating rodent adapted to extreme diet and environmental conditions.
