La cuisine d’une maison de maître du Haut-Empire à Grand (Vosges)

During excavations conducted in 2011 in Grand (Vosges), a domus dating from the 2nd century and the first half of the 3rd was uncovered. Among the well-preserved vestiges a kitchen was identified with its cooking installations still in situ. These consisted of a hearth, a raised cooking platform and an oven. The kitchen was probably in use for both the residential and the servant’s quarters of the domus. The sediments linked to the use of the kitchen yielded numerous organic remains and pottery sherds dating from the 3rd century. La presente tesis doctoral realiza un estudio sobre la arquitectura doméstica urbana romana del territorio valenciano. Para ello hemos tratado de identificar y recopilar todos los indicios de edilicia doméstica con base en los materiales, técnicas constructivas, tipologías y programas decorativos. Finalmente, hemos recogido 50 evidencias susceptibles de ser o formar parte de espacios domésticos, procedentes de las ciudades romanas de Lesera, Saguntum, Edeta, Valentia, Dianium, Lucentum, Ilici y dos de sus puertos, el Grau Vell y el Portus Ilicitanus. This article describes the result of ten or so fairly limited preventive archaeology operations (surveillance of works, diagnostics not followed up with excavations) carried out over the last ten years that have nonetheless finalised knowledge of several deposits from Late Antiquity in Autun located intra muros but also outside the walls. Tutkimuksessa analysoitiin musiikin toimintaa peliretoriikkana kolmessa videopelissä. Analyyseissa pyrittiin osoittamaan, kuinka musiikki luo merkityksiä samanaikaisesti suhteessa pelin ytimeen ja osana pelijärjestelmän kuorta, motivoiden pelaajaa, antaen pelaajalle palautetta, välittäen pelaajalle tietoa muuttuvasta pelitilanteesta ja viestimällä pelin lopputuloksesta. Analyyseissa erotettiin kolme musiikillisen merkityksen muodostamisen tapaa: musiikilliset konventiot, sopimuksen varaiset viittaukset sekä musiikin ja toisen peliretoriikan muodon välille syntyvät metaforisest merkitysrakenteet. Una statua recentemente ricomposta nell'Antiquarium di Solunto, ad un esame dettagliato, risulta essere un assemblaggio di parti pertinenti in origine ad almeno due statue improntate al cd. tipo della Kore di Prassitele, una delle quali pare avere inoltre subito la sostituzione del ritratto originario con una nuova effigie femminile. Lo studio iconografico-stilistico consente di riconoscere nel ritratto attualmente preservato, in piccola parte, sulla fronte Agrippina Maggiore e nel frammento posteriore un'effigie ugualmente di età neroniana. Localizada en un entorno montañoso con escasos recursos, Lesera es un ejemplo de pequeña ciudad con un escaso desarrollo monumental. Se trata de un destacado asentamiento ibérico que fue promovido a municipio bajo el reinado de Augusto, cuando experimentó una profunda reforma urbanística. Aunque presenta evidencias de abandono desde el siglo II, su ocupación continuó al menos hasta finales del III.
