How to Engage Customers on TikTok?

This research investigates the effects of marketer-generated content (i.e., emotional and rational), sounds, and influencers on digital customer engagement (i.e., likes and shares) on TikTok. Data were collected from 10 Indonesian food and beverage brands. The results confirm that emotional content generates more likes and shares than rational (i.e., informational and transactional) content. Conversely, rational (i.e., informational and transactional) posts receive more likes and shares than emotional posts. [Abstract] The objective of this study was to examine the effect of the situational match status variable on the ball possession of the teams that participated in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The 52 games played during the championship have been collected, and 3,740 ball possessions made by the teams were analyzed. The teams have been divided into successful and unsuccessful. This article aims to analyse critically the so-called “new realism” and to evaluate its pedagogical and educational consequences. By examining the objections made by this philosophy to the postmodernist culture, the author agrees on some aspects of its theory of knowledge. On the other hand, the article highlights the lack of adequate anthropology and possible consequences of the “new realism” on educational thought and practice. The proposal of an ontology of the person wellestablished in the tradition of phenomenological realism is seen as dialectics of the “new realism”.

This dissertation is devoted to development and validation of advanced per- formance monitoring system for existing and future cellular mobile networks. Knowledge mining techniques are employed for analysis of user specific logs, collected with Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) functionality. Low‐Valent Germanylidene Anions: Efficient Single‐Site Nucleophiles for Activation of Small Molecules

Abstract Rare mononuclear and helical chain low‐valent germanylidene anions supported by cyclic (alkyl)(amino)carbene and hypermetallyl ligands were synthesised by stepwise reduction from corresponding germylene precursors via stable and isolable germanium radicals. The electronic structures of the anions can be described with ylidene and ylidone resonance forms with the Ge−C π‐electrons capable of binding even weak electrophiles. The germanylidene anions reacted with CO2 to give μ‐CO2‐κC:κO complexes, a rare coordination mode for low‐valent germanium and inaccessible for the related neutral germylones.
