How to Engage Customers on TikTok?

This research investigates the effects of marketer-generated content (i.e., emotional and rational), sounds, and influencers on digital customer engagement (i.e., likes and shares) on TikTok. Data were collected from 10 Indonesian food and beverage brands. The results confirm that emotional content generates more likes and shares than rational (i.e., informational and transactional) content. Conversely, rational (i.e., informational and transactional) posts receive more likes and shares than emotional posts. [Abstract] The objective of this study was to examine the effect of the situational match status variable on the ball possession of the teams that participated in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The 52 games played during the championship have been collected, and 3,740 ball possessions made by the teams were analyzed. The teams have been divided into successful and unsuccessful. El conocer la percepción y el posicionamiento sobre el uso de las TIC´s en relación a la violencia de género del alumnado de 1º del Grado de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Valencia nos impulsa a iniciar esta investigación de tipo exploratorio, basada en un paradigma interpretativo donde se pretende realizar un estudio longitudinal para poder percibir si existen o no cambios de percepciones y actitudes en este alumnado al finalizar sus estudios. Alternative measures of body composition and wage premium: New evidence from Indonesia

This paper examines the relationship between body composition and earnings in a developing country setting. We use body mass index, waist circumference and hip circumference. Exploiting the panel structure of our longitudinal survey, we find that along with BMI, waist circumference is related to higher earnings in Indonesia. peerReviewed
Finnish education system as seen from an Indonesian perspective

The aim of this paper is to discuss the Finnish education system from an Indonesian perspective, and consider what citizens, notably from middle-income countries, may learn from the Finnish system. The source material is the author’s book, which provides an Indonesian perspective on the Finnish education system, supplemented by discussions from webinars and weekly Instagram Live discussions on the topic.
