Laki viranomaisten toiminnan julkisuudesta velvoittaa viranomaiset vastaamaan kenen tahansa tekemiin tietopyyntöihin ja joko antamaan haluttu tieto tai perustelemaan, miksi näin ei tehdä. Tietopyynnöt ratkaistaan tapauskohtaisesti. Toisaalta käsittelyyn käytetty aika ja työ ovat pois viranomaisorganisaation ydintehtävän suorittamiseen käytetyistä voimavaroista. Tästä syystä tietopyynnöistä pitäisi selvitä mahdollisimman vaivattomasti. Mutta toisaalta esimerkiksi stakeholder-etiikka velvoittaa viranomaisorganisaation varmistamaan, että tiedonhankkija saa haluamansa tiedot. Aquest informe final del projecte “Trajectòries, abandons i canvis de titulació en la Universitat de València” s’ha elaborat a partir del treball desenvolupat durant dos anys (2014-2016) i ha comptat amb el suport del Vicerectorat d’Estudis de Grau. El treball s’ha diferenciat en dues fases: una primera de tipus quantitatiu i una segona de caire qualitatiu. Šajā darbā tiek analizētas Migela de Servatesa romāna Dons Kihots parējmijas un to tulkojumi no spāņu latviešu valodā. Tas sniedza iespēju novērtēt tulkojuma ekvivalenci un salīdzināt divus tulkojumus latviešu valodā, jo tiek uzskatīts ka frazeoloģismu tulkošana ir viena no lielākajām tulkošanas problēmām. Darba teorētiskā daļa balstās uz Seviljas Munjosas (1993, 2002, 2013) un Korpas Pastoras (1996, 2000, 2003) pētnieciskiem darbiem kuri ir veltīti tieši parēmiju klasifikācijai un frazeoloģijas tulkošanai. In this paper, we investigate a resource allocation and computation offloading problem in a heterogeneous mobile edge computing (MEC) system. In the considered system, a wireless power transfer (WPT) base station (BS) with an MEC sever is able to deliver wireless energy to the mobile devices (MDs), and the MDs can utilize the harvested energy for local computing or task offloading to the WPT BS or a Macro BS (MBS) with a stronger computing server.
