The loss of the corrosion resistance of the alloy 600, a nickel base alloy, during the oxidation in pressurized water reactor (PWR) has been demonstrated by many studies. It induces the intergranular stress corrosion cracking (IGSCC). If the chemical composition and the structure of the growing oxide are well-known, the mechanical influence of the oxide on the alloy has not been fully studied, yet. The copy is not even made with Godebski’s hand, and bears no marks proving that it has been in fact written by him. Objectives Surveillance cultures are of great importance to detect the emergence of multidrug resistant (MDR) bacteria in high-risk settings and prevent the occurrence of colonization and clinical infection cases. We report the isolation of OXA-48-harbouring Klebsiella pneumoniae sequence type (ST) 530 in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Palermo, Italy. Bakteriālie mikrokompartmenti (BMC) ir baktēriju organellas, kas iepako enzīmus proteīnu čaulā. Šī darba mērķis bija analizēt iespējas GRM2 tipa BMC iepakot heterologus enzīmus, kā arī apskatīt rekombinanti producētu BMC čaulas īpašības. Šajā darbā Klebsiella pneumoniae GRM2 tipa BMC čaulā tika testēta trīs Zymomonas mobilis etanolģenēzes enzīmu iepakošana kā starpnieku izmantojot natīvo CutC holīna liāzes enzīmu un SpyTag/SpyCatcher adhezīnu sistēmu. Occurrence of antibiotic-resistant pathogenic or commensal enterobacteria in marketed agricultural foodstuffs may contribute to their incorporation into the food chain and constitutes an additional food safety concern. In this work, we have determined the clinically relevant resistances to 11 common chemotherapeutic agents in Enterobacter and Klebsiella isolates from fresh vegetables from various sources (supermarkets and greengrocers' shops in Valencia, Spain).
