Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone zostało problematyce wniosku prokuratora o zmianę lub uchylenie prawomocnego postanowienia o stwierdzeniu nabycia spadku. Ingerencja prokuratora w postępowanie cywilne ma charakter wyjątkowy. Jest ona uwarunkowana potrzebą ochrony praworządności. Natomiast postępowanie cywilne służy zaspokajaniu interesów prywat-nych.
