Maģistra darba tēma ir “Viltotas preces – patērētāju izvēle un institūciju darbība pret to pieejamību tirgū”. Vienlaikus jāņem vērā, ka šāda rīcība var radīt draudus konkurencei, tāpēc svarīgi analizēt, kādos gadījumos un ar kādiem nosacījumiem publiska persona drīkst iesaistīties tirgū, pati nodarbojoties ar komercdarbību. International audience; Warnings can help prevent damage and harm if they are issued timely and provide information that help responders and population to adequately prepare for the disaster to come. Today, there are many indicator and sensor systems that are designed to reduce disaster risks, or issue early warnings. In this paper we analyze the different systems in the light of the initial decisions that need to be made in the response to sudden onset disasters. Partendo da una disamina del contesto attuale, dei problemi collegati al digital divide, si analizza la portata del rapporto tra innovazione sociale e welfare digitale nella pubblica amministrazione. Si approfondisce altresì il tema delle ICT come strumenti di benessere sociale, anche in funzione di trasparenza. Nuovi modelli di condivisione delle scelte: “decisioni a rete e in rete”.

Although different studies have investigated career choices as cognitive acts of decision-making, non-cognitive components also play an important role. The study tries to develop an empirically based model of career decision-making process linking cognitive (search for work self-efficacy - SWSE) and non-cognitive (psychological well-being - PWB) components. In particular, the study investigates, among 148 never-employed Italian young adults, to what extent the relationship between SWSE and career indecision in terms of lack of readiness (LoR) can be explained by their common relationship with PWB. Wybór ścieżki kształcenia to jedna z najważniejszych decyzji w życiu zawodowym człowieka, w wyniku której ponosi on liczne konsekwencje. Z takim wyborem borykają się uczniowie kończący szkołę podstawową. W tak młodym wieku (14‒15 lat), podjęcie właściwej decyzji wymaga dużej dojrzałości. Wielu młodych ludzi nie jest na to gotowych. Dlatego też nastolatkowie kierują się po pomoc w stronę swoich najbliższych, do których mają zaufanie i zawsze mogą liczyć na rzeczową rozmowę i radę. Młodzi ludzie mogą też otrzymać wsparcie ze strony szkolnych doradców zawodowych.
