Wstęp: Wyniki leczenia tętniaków aorty brzusznej mimo wprowadzenia nowych technik wewnątrznaczyniowych nadal nie zawsze są zadowalające. Szczególnie trudną grupą pacjentów są osoby z krótką oraz stożkową szyją. W tej grupie chorych często występuje w okresie pooperacyjnym przeciek typu I. Tutkimusaineistona minulla ovat kirjat Toppen 7 (1983), Satsa på svenska 7 (1984), Klick 7 (2003) ja Din tur 1 (2003), joista tarkastelen pääkappaleiden sanastoa substantiivien, adjektiivien ja verbien osalta. Tarkastelen erityisesti, ovatko jotkin sanat korvautuneet ajan saatossa toisilla, onko sanastoon tullut uusia sanoja ja onko joitain sanoja, jotka ovat hävinneet kokonaan sanastosta. The usefulness of the mode-superposition method of multidegrees of freedom systems excited by stochastic vector processes is here presented. The differential equations of moments of every order are written in compact form by means of the Kronecker algebra; then the method for integration of these equations is presented for both classically and non-classically damped systems, showing that the fundamental operator available for evaluating the response in the deterministic analysis is also useful for evaluating the response in the stochastic analysis.
Thiophene based imino-pyridyl palladium(II) complexes : Synthesis, molecular structures and Heck coupling reactions

The new compounds (5-methyl-2-thiophene-2-pyridyl(R))imine [R = methyl (L1); R = ethyl (L2)] and (5-bromo-2-thiophene-2-pyridyl(R)imine [R = methyl (L3); R = ethyl (L4)] were successfully synthesized via Schiff base condensation reaction and obtained in good yields. These potential ligands were reacted with [PdCl2(COD)] and [PdClMe(COD)] to give the corresponding complexes [PdCl2(L)] (L = L1-L4; 1–4) and [PdClMe(L)] (L = L1-L4; 5–8). All compounds were characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and mass spectrometry. The molecular structures of 1, 2, 6 and 8 were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Abstract This paper provides a systematic yet accessible presentation of the Contextuality-by-Default theory. The consideration is confined to finite systems of categorical random variables, which allows us to focus on the basics of the theory without using full-scale measure-theoretic language. Contextuality-by-Default is a theory of random variables identified by their contents and their contexts, so that two variables have a joint distribution if and only if they share a context. Intuitively, the content of a random variable is the entity the random variable measures or responds to, while the context is formed by the conditions under which these measurements or responses are obtained. Research shows that gender inequality is still a major issue in academic science, yet academic societies may serve as underappreciated and effective avenues for promoting female leadership. That is, society membership is often self-selective, and board positions are elected (with a high turnover compared to institutions)—these characteristics, among others, may thus create an environment conducive to gender equality.
