l’oggetto di questo lavoro è una analisi di alcuni possibili significati a) del concetto di “esistenza” riferito ad entità giuridiche; e b) del concetto di gerarchia normativa. In particolare, dopo aver distinto disposizioni e norme, vengono individuate tre differenti dimensioni dell’esistenza sia di disposizioni che di norme: l’efficacia, la validità, e l’applicabilità. Sono inoltre individuati tre distinti significati di “gerarchia normativa”, e ciascuno di essi viene messo in relazione ad alcune delle dimensioni di esistenza (di disposizioni o di norme) viste sopra.

Much of the differences between strength (S) and endurance (E) exercise can be attributed to the contrasting endocrinological and molecular responses between the two exercise modes. From the current literature, it seems that aortic arterial stiffness, a reliable cardiovascular mortality predictor, also responds differently to these two modes of exercise. It is thus important to understand the acute responses that combined exercise loads may invoke, as acute responses are known to drive chronic adaptations. Although showrooming behaviour is a characteristic aspect of modern omnichannel retailing, our understanding of its antecedents remains limited. In this study, we aim to address this gap in prior research by examining how showrooming behaviour is affected by three different kinds of perceived consumer capabilities: general online shopping skilfulness, mobile online shopping skilfulness, and multichannel self-efficacy. Project-Based Education Research Course Supports Exchange-students’ Research Minded Teacher Identity

Project-based education (PBE) gives possibilities for students to work together and feeling of belonging in a community even during distance learning. At the Department of Chemistry, University of Jyväskylä (JYU), a group of exchange students participated in a PBE chemistry teacher education research course online. The goal of the course was to enforce the connection between research on science teaching and acting sustainable in society. This study is based on semi-structured online group interview of the students after this PBE course.
