Background Nasal telangiectasias are superficial, small vessels in the ala nasi and nasolabial crease with a varying origin. Background: In the past three decades, different High Energy Devices (HED) have been introduced in surgical practice to improve the efficiency of surgical procedures. Study Design A systematic computerized literature search was conducted to provide a survey of the various measures used in hysteroscopic surgery to prevent adhesions.
