Šajā maģistra darbā pētītas bezdarbnieku (n=137) un strādājošo (n=106) emocionālās un uzvedības problēmas un nodarbinātības spēja. Pielīdzināto grupu rezultāti bezdarbnieku (n=31) un strādajošo (n=31) grupā neparādīja statisktiski nozīmīgas atšķirības emocionālo un uzvedības problēmu rādītājos (Ahenbaha Pieaugušo emocionālās un uzvedības problēmu aptauja (Achenbach & Rescorla, 2003, adaptācija Latvijā- Amoliņa 2010), kā arī vairumā nodarbinātības spējas faktoru rādītājos. Vienīgā statistiski nozīmīgā atsķirība konstatēta Nodarbinātības dispozicionalitātes mērījuma (Fugate & Kinicki, 2008) faktoram optimisms darba vidē.
