Darba mērķis ir vērst uzmanību uz ārzemju tirgus ienākšanas veidiem un faktoriem, kas ietekmē konkrēto ienākšanas veidu/stratēģiju izvēli. Indijas lauksaimniecības tirgus kā nozare un tirgus tiek aplūkots kopā ar Indijas uzņēmējdarbības tradīcijām, kā arī kultūras jautājumiem. Darba mērķis ir ieteikt uzņēmumam piemērotu tirgus pieejas stratēģiju, kas atbilstu uzņēmuma mērķiem Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, labākais tirgus ienākšanas veida variants uzņēmumam ir investīcijas apvidū. Šie tirgus ienākšanas veidi tika klasificēti hierarhiskā tirgus ienākšanas veidu grupā.

Pašreizējā izpēte ir koncentrēta uz Ķīnas tirgus analīzi jaunajiem uzņēmumiem. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt galvenos tirgus apgūšanas un risku vadīšanas koncepcijas principus, lai nodrošinātu uzticamu informācijas avotu uzņēmumiem un citām organizācijām, kuras vēlas iekļūt Ķīnas tirgū. Pētījums sastāv no divām daļām: teorētiskā diskusijas, kas balstīta uz starptautisku pētnieku rakstiem, un praktiskās pārbaudes uzņēmumu darbības rezultātiem. Analīzes laikā, uzņēmumu kļūdas tika apspriestas un pielietotas, lai parādītu, cik svarīgi vadības un padziļinātāku lēmumu pieņemšanā, ir izmantot teorētiskos principus par tirgus apgūšanas veida izvēli un risku valdību. ABSTRACT Virus-induced alterations in cell morphology play important roles in the viral life cycle. To examine the intracellular events of coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) infection, green monkey kidney (GMK) cells were either inoculated with the virus or transfected with the viral RNA. Various microscopic and flow cytometric approaches demonstrated the emergence of CVB3 capsid proteins at 8 h posttransfection, followed by morphological transformation of the cells. The morphological changes included formation of membranous protrusions containing viral capsids, together with microtubules and actin. On the one hand, “Sarmatian culture” in Poland led to a cultural syncretism blossoming on a large scale; on the other hand, culture closed in, Poland moved inwards in terms of civilisation and space – “provincial art” blossomed and the church congregation became the central cell of administrative and intellectual life. These elements are taken up in Gombrowicz’s “Pornography” and in the process – typical of Gombrowicz’s work – the Polish national tradition (here Sarmatism) becomes a parodic template and a game with the reader.

We present in this thesis two research projectson the optimal control of the space vehicles.In the first, we have dealt with the orbit transferproblem. We study the minimum time control of a satellite that we want to reach a geostationary orbit. Our contribution is of two kinds. Geometric, first, since we study the controllability of the system together with the geometry of the transfer (structure of the command) by means of geometric control without state constraint tools (minimum principle). Parvoviruses are an important platform for gene and cancer therapy. Their cell entry and the following steps, including nuclear import, are inefficient, limiting their use in therapeutic applications. Two models exist on parvoviral nuclear entry: the classical import of the viral capsid using nuclear transport receptors of the importin (karyopherin) family or the direct attachment of the capsid to the nuclear pore complex leading to the local disintegration of the nuclear envelope. Asymmetric synthesis of functionalized tetrahydrofluorenones via an NHC-catalyzed homoenolate Michael addition

The first example of an N-heterocyclic carbene-catalyzed asymmetric desymmetrization of enal-tethered cyclohexadienones via an intramolecular homoenolate Michael addition/esterification reaction is described. This new protocol offers a direct entry to various functionalized tetrahydrofluorenones with three contiguous stereocenters in high yields, good diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities.

Geeniterapia on yksi tulevaisuuden hoitomuodoista taistelussa syöpää vastaan. Virukset ovat evoluution myötä kehittyneet tehokkaiksi geeninsiirtäjiksi ja ovat nykyään käytetyimpiä geeninsiirtovektoreita. Yksi geenihoitojen yleistymisen esteistä on kuitenkin ollut virusvektoreiden puutteellinen kohdennus haluttuun kudokseen.
