Spesso funzioni amministrative sono svolte da giudici. La separazione dei poteri è un criterio ordinatore dell’ordinamento costituzionale che, tuttavia, non è osservato nel diritto positivo in modo assoluto. Questa sovrapposizione tra funzioni e poteri può considerarsi fisiologica rispetto ad una realtà ordinamentale complessa. Viceversa, l’osservazione fenomenologica evidenzia situazioni diverse nelle quali la tracimazione del potere giurisdizionale in quello amministrativo diviene problematica. Separation of palladium and silver from E-waste leachate : effect of nitric acid concentration on adsorption to Thiol scavenger

The development of recovery techniques for metals present in low concentrations in E-waste, such as silver and palladium, is important from the aspect of the circular economy. Adsorption of palladium and silver was studied in detail in a batch process with silica-based Thiol scavenger from nitric acid leachate of waste printed circuit boards (PCBs). High adsorption efficiencies of Pd(II) and Ag(I), >97%, were reached in nitric acid concentrations below 3 mol L−1. At higher acid concentrations, adsorption efficiency of Ag(I) decreased drastically which enables the separation of Ag(I) and Pd(II) based on nitric acid concentration in sample solution. Tutkimus käsittelee yhteisöstä erottamisen ja siihen takaisinliittymisen mahdollisuuksia rikostaustaisten naisten elämässä. Tutkimuksen kohteena ovat rikostaustaisten naisten kertomukset elämänkulustaan. Tutkimuksessa analysoidaan naisten kertomuksia siirtymäriittiteorian eli yhteisöstä erottamisen, liminaalin ja takaisinliittämisen näkökulmasta. Aineisto on kerätty haastattelemalla 18 naista, jotka haastatteluhetkellä olivat joko suorittamassa vankeusrangaistustaan, ehdonalaisen vapauden valvonnassa tai rangaistuksensa suorittaneet. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot bērnu un vecāku separācijas darba migrācijas dēļ pieredzes saistību ar pieaugušo pašreizējo pašvērtējumu un separācijas trauksmes pazīmēm. Pētījumā piedalījās 53 dalībnieki vecumā no 18 līdz 25 gadiem, no kuriem 35 bija sievietes (66%) un 18 bija vīrieši (34%). Endoluminal stent-graft relining of visceral artery bypass grafts to treat perigraft seroma.

Purpose: To describe the endovascular treatment of intra-abdominal perigraft seromas associated with small-caliber expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) grafts. Case Reports: Two patients who underwent hybrid repair of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms in which renovisceral bypass grafts were implanted presented with large, symptomatic perigraft seromas. The 5- to 8-mm-diameter ePTFE bypass grafts believed to be involved in the seromas were successfully relined with self-expanding Viabahn stentgrafts in percutaneous procedures. Appropriate DNA replication is vital to maintain cell integrity at the genomic level. Malfunction on DNA repair mechanisms can have implications related to tumor behavior. Our aim was to evaluate the expression of key complexes of the DNA mismatch-repair system MutS? (hMSH2-hMSH6) and MutS? (hMSH2-hMSH3) in a panel comprising the most common benign and malignant salivary gland tumors (SGT), and to determine their association with disease-free survival.
