Signals, recorded over time, are often observed as mixtures of multiple source signals. To extract relevant information from such measurements one needs to determine the mixing coefficients. In case of weakly stationary time series with uncorrelated source signals, this separation can be achieved by jointly diagonalizing sample autocovariances at different lags, and several algorithms address this task. Detecting invisible details and separating mixed evidence is critical for forensic inspection. If this can be done reliably and fast at the crime scene, irrelevant objects do not require further examination at the laboratory. This will speed up the inspection process and release resources for other critical tasks. Artikkelissa pohditaan lyhytelokuvan roolia taideperustaisessa osallistavassa tutkimushankkeessa Rajojen yli – kuulumisen performansseja ja narratiiveja taiteen keinoin (2017–2021). Tutkijalähtöisessä hankkeessa ihmisiä kutsuttiin pohtimaan kuulumista työpajoissa taiteen tekemisen ja keskustelun kautta. Yksi työpajoista oli videotyöpaja, jossa osallistujien tavoitteena oli tehdä kuulumista käsittelevä lyhytelokuva. Työpajassa valmistui seitsemän elokuvaa, jotka esitettiin julkisessa ensi-illassa ja taidenäyttelyssä, joka koostettiin kaikissa työpajoissa valmistuneista teoksista. Taukainā hepatoze jeb taukainā aknu slimība kļūst par plaši izplatītu aknu slimību augsti attīstītajās valstīs. Pasaules literatūrā plaši izskatīts jautājums par taukainās hepatozes attīstības riska faktoriem, bet līdz šim Latvijā nav veikti pētījumi, kas identificē un analizē tos. Tāpēc darba mērķis bija noskaidrot dzīvesveida (ēšanas un dzeršanas paradumi, fiziskā aktivitāte) un blakussaslimšanu ietekmi uz taukainās hepatozes attīstību. Retrospektīvi prospektīvs pētījums tika veikts ''RAKUS'' stacionārā ''Latvijas Infektoloģijas centrs''.
