E-Sports y brecha de género: la percepción de las profesionales españolas

The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. The fact that physical effort is irrelevant (a requirement for ?traditional sports?) could be considered a variable that would negatively affect greater to equality in the conditions of access and participation of women in electronic sports. Considering that it is difficult, if not impossible, for an analysis of Chopin?s music to unmask some aspects of his private life (such as an alleged sexual and affective attraction for individuals of his own sex), we can however argue that, throughout the 19th century, a connection was established between his work and a ?feminine universe.? That connection might have had implications in the way in which the feminized image of its author was constructed. The analysis of certain aesthetic and stylistic traits of Chopin?s music can help understand the causes of that perception.

Maģistra darbs veltīts dokumentu piegādes izpētei, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot situācijām, kad tiesvedības procesa dalībnieki atrodas dažādās valstīs, un dokumenti nepieciešami valstī, kurā nenotiek tiesvedības process. Darbā tiek aplūkoti un analizēti dokumentu piegādes veidi un to īpatnības. Darba izpētes gaitā autore pēta civilprocesuālās sadarbības nozīmi dokumentu piegādes un izsniegšanas procesā, kā arī dokumentu piegādes un izsniegšanas lomu tiesvedības procesā. Turklāt autore darba gaitā ir analizējusi dokumentu piegādes Latvijā statistiku, un mēģinājusi rast praktiska rakstura ieteikumus, lai uzlabotu šī procesa kvalitāti. Artikkelissa tarkastelen sitä, kuinka erityislasten vanhempien tieto ja asiantuntemus lasta koskevissa asioissa rakentuu ja kuinka siihen suhtaudutaan auttamistyön tilanteissa. Aineistoni koostuu vanhempien kokemuskertomuksista, joissa he kuvaavat erityislapsen vanhemmuuteen kasvua sekä kohtaamisia ammattilaisten kanssa auttamistyön kentillä. This paper explores the challenge of finding common ground between the Finns and the Chinese in the context of co-operation, trade and inward investment facilitation related to general lack of specific interest displayed by the Chinese. The article is ethnographic in nature and is mainly based on data obtained from interviewing individuals working for local governments in Finland and one of the state agencies responsible for attracting foreign investment. A New Perspective on the Relationship between Trading Variables and Volatility in Futures Markets

In this paper, we study the relationship between trading-related variables and volatility in futures markets, from a new unifying perspective, which is based on the separation of open and closed positions. Volatility in stock index futures markets (Standard & Poor’s 500, DAX 30 and Nikkei 225) is related to the flow of contracts entered into the markets and the flow of contracts that are closed out. In general, the daily changes in the number of open and closed positions are both positively correlated with volatility.
