TERRORISM — DERIVATIVE PHENOMENON OF THE WARIn the article a terrorism was shown in three aspects: military, economic and social. Two models of the fight: dynamic and mechanical were related to contemporary conflicts. According to authors of this article, the terrorism is a derivative phenomenon of the war. It is a main reason why we used the mechanical model of the fight to describe the contemporary conflicts.

Nel racconto di questo arresto vi sono due modi di leggere il terrorismo. La prima ci dice che il terrorismo sono gli altri, che i terroristi sono diversi da noi, fanatici, politici radicali, gente che sognava la rivoluzione con la propaganda del fatto, pazzi, comunisti che bisogna uccidere o buttare in galera sino a quando non muore. Una concezione liberal-democratica nella quale società civile e Stato sono presidi di pace e della convivenza civile, e il terrorismo appare con una azione perturbatrice che introduce dall’esterno violenza e disordine.

The contributions of the different authors follow the evolution of criminal, substantive and procedural rules while identifying a unitary, «emerging» trait.
