Objetivo: El presente trabajo muestra la determinación y evaluación de la contaminación microbiológica generada en un establecimiento de servicio de alimentos. This two-part article reviews how the UK authorities have fared in the practical application of Directive 2004/38/EC in the five years since it entered into force. It identifies and examines the most common problems faced by EU citizens when seeking to have their rights recognised by the UK authorities applying the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006 by reference to questions and complaints received by Your Europe Advice. In vitro rooting and acclimatization of Sicilian Hypericum perforatum

Hypericum perforatum L. is traditionally used as a medicinal plant because of different bioactive compounds with documented antidepressant and anti-inflammatory activities. Plantlets mass production with high content of these secondary metabolites has been enhanced through in vitro culture but often the process has been stopped at the multiplication phase. A study was conducted in order to set up an efficient in vitro rooting and acclimatization protocol of a H. perforatum Sicilian genotype well-adapted to south Mediterranean conditions. The School of Architecture of Palermo since its founding in 1779 with the creation of the chair of Civil Architecture entrusted to Joseph Venantius Marvuglia has become the place of testing exploration of issues related to professional practice and the art of building. Carlo Giachery Professor of Static and Civil Architecture from 1837 to 1865 is the first to feel the deep crisis of the educational system of the school of architecture of Palermo. For him architecture and applied sciences to architecture found in their stereotomy confirmation of the existence of correspondent relationships in their evolutionary process. The notion of stereotomy taken by Carlo Giachery in teaching reconnects directly to the noble art of coupe des pierres. The projects prepared for "Palermo South-East" are the result of a Graduate Laboratory structured through meetings seminars specialist communications critical exhibitions which - in a shared strategy - saw each student elaborate their work in comparison with others actors of the same Laboratory. The research on "urban projects" was set so that each graduating student was made aware of the projects carried out in the same geographical area by the colleagues who had preceded it so as to be able to operate in continuity and contribute to formulating a unitary reasoning in which each project constituted continuation verification or even variant of the previous ones. These coordinated works have pursued two fundamental objectives: the strengthening of infrastructures and the establishment of specialized public buildings with superior functions aimed at requalifying and regenerating various critical situations with particular attention to the relationship between context and life scenarios. Thus each designer while dealing with a main functional program simultaneously deals with various issues such as the rationalization of the road system the redevelopment of existing buildings the design and refunctionalization of urban services (for example the transformed Central Station in the hotel or the project of a great Mosque)several degree theses have addressed as the main theme or as a question in the background the design of a new bed for the Oreto river and the relative establishment of a park facing it. Tourism Activity of Member States and Romania's Place within the First Five Years after EU Accession

Abstract This paper is a brief statistical analysis of the evolution of tourism in the EU-27 in the first five years after Romania's accession. The analysis was based on official data published by Eurostat regarding the tourist accommodation capacity by categories, the number of arrivals and overnight stays of tourists and non-residents. I highlighted each time Romania's place within Member States, preferring graphics that are more suggestive than synthetic data tables. In conclusions I have highlighted the changes occurred in Romania, far from those expected after five years as a member of the European Union.

Pyrethrum is a perennial herbaceous plant endemic to the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea, and introduced in large areas of nearly all continents, where it is cultivated for the industrial extraction of pyrethrins. Pyrethrins are a group of six closely related monoterpene esters, widely used as natural insecticides. The world production of natural pyrethrins is lower than the market demand, and a wider introduction of this crop within the Mediterranean agrosystems could be an appealing opportunity for farmers and manufacturers.
