[ES] La construcción pública ha sido, es y será uno de los pilares fundamentales del sector construcción español, si bien la actual situación de crisis económica y la reducción de la inversión pública en nuevas infraestructuras ha generado un descenso de actividad hasta niveles similares a los años noventa. El retorno a índices de actividad más elevados no solo se conseguirá con la recuperación de la economía del país, sino que será necesario realizar ciertas mejoras en los procesos de licitación con objeto de conseguir una mayor funcionalidad y flexibilidad en la contratación pública de obras.
Csr communication strategies of Colombian business groups: an analysis of corporate reports

ABSTRACT: The aim of this paper is to assess stakeholder orientation and corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication strategies in the business groups (BGs) of an emerging economy by means of content analysis. We worked with 30 non-financial BGs taken from the Colombian Stock Exchange. The study uses as its unit of analysis corporate reports that have been classified into four categories: annual reports (ARs), sustainability reports (SRs), combined reports (CRs), and integrated reports (IRs). Current Accounts and Coordination of Wage Bargaining

This study provides novel evidence on the impact of labor market institutions on current account dynamics. Our results suggest that a high degree of coordination of wage bargaining has a positive effect on the current account balance over the long run. This result is not driven entirely by wage moderation induced by centralized wage setting. We also provide robust evidence that a high degree of coordination of wage bargaining is associated with a slower current account adjustment toward its long-run equilibrium. A new dicompartmental dioxime ligand (H(2)L) with m-xylyl spacer between the donor sites has been synthesised by Schiff-base condensation of α,α'-diamino-m-xylene and diacetyl monooxime. The ligand reacts with copper(ii) salts giving rise to hexanuclear tricationic copper(II) cage complexes [Cu(II)(6)(μ(3)-O···H···O-μ(3))L(3)(H(2)O)(6)]X(3) (X = BF(4), 1a; X = ClO(4), 1b). The complexes have been characterised by different analytical and spectroscopic techniques and confirmed the hexanuclear structure even in solution. Bakalaura darbs „Valūta un valūtas kursa svārstību ierobežošana ilgtermiņa līgumos” sniedz ieskatu jautājumos par maksājuma izdarīšanas valūtu un valūtas kursa svārstību ierobežošanu līgumā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādā valūtā maksājums izdarāms, ja puses līgumā par to tieši nav vienojušās, kā arī noskaidrot efektīvākos valūtas kursa svārstību ierobežošanas veidus. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatē kritērijus, atbilstoši kuriem tiek noteikta maksājuma izdarīšanas valūta un identificē efektīvākos mehānismus valūtas kursa svārstību ierobežošanai līguma ietveros.
