Balstoties uz ilgtermiņa programmētāju kopienas etnogrāfisku izpēti, maģistra darbā pētu programmēšanu un programmēšanas mācīšanos kā prakses, kā šīs prakses iederas formālajā un neformālajā izglītības ietvarā un kādas ir kopienas attiecības šo prakšu ietvaros. Background: Na+/H+ exchanger-1 (NHE-1) is involved in pH regulation and is up-regulated in different malignancies. Activation of NHE-1 is one way for allowing cells to avoid intracellular acidification and protect them against apoptosis. Inhibitors of NHE-1 are able to decrease intracellular pH and induce apoptosis. Some statins can also act by partial inhibition of NHE-1. Background Introgression of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is among the most frequently described cases of reticulate evolution. The tendency of mtDNA to cross interspecific barriers is somewhat counter-intuitive considering the key function of enzymes that it encodes in the oxidative-phosphorylation process, which could give rise to hybrid dysfunction.
