Maģistra darba ietvaros tiek analizēts starpvalstu datu apmaiņas procesa tiesiskais regulējums sauszemes transportlīdzekļu un to vadītāju jomā, procesa organizācija un problēmas, ar kurām saskaras ES dalībvalstis un Latvija. Darbā ir izpētīta regulējuma ietekme uz fizisko personu datu apmaiņu un ar to saistītas problēmas. Pētījums aptver spēkā esošo un arī vēsturisko tiesisko regulējumu, to attīstību un esošo situāciju. La diffusione di finanziamenti indicizzati al cambio fra valute ha sollevato, in numerosi ordinamenti dell’Unione Europea, il problema della tutela del consumatore avverso l’assunzione del rischio di cambio. Il paper muove dall’insufficienza del dato normativo eurounitario per interrogarsi sulla compatibilità dei rimedi previsti per le clausole abusive nell’affrontare il fenomeno in esame. Surrogacy relationships: a critical interpretative review

Abstract Based on a critical interpretative review of existing qualitative research investigating accounts of ‘lived experience’ of surrogates and intended parents from a relational perspective, this article proposes a typology of surrogacy arrangements. The review is based on the analysis of 39 articles, which belong to a range of different disciplines (mostly sociology, social psychology, anthropology, ethnology, and gender studies). The number of interviews in each study range from as few as seven to over one hundred. Set in the tradition of studies that look at digital interactions, this paper aims to explore the dimension of illness as referred to by informal caregivers in online exchanges. The research attempts to a) describe posts as mediated illness stories by comparing them to the storytelling in interaction model (Mishler), and b) explore what is revealed about the writer. A data set of 7371 posts (including sub-replies) has been studied as personal narratives in non-clinical therapeutic exchanges by means of Digital Conversation Analysis (Giles et al.), and investigated as written emotional disclosure (Pennebaker). In the crystal structure, the cations are packed in such a way that channels exist parallel to the b axis. These channels are filled by the anions and water molecules, which interact via O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds [O...Cl = 3.285 (3) and 3.239 (3) Å] to form helical chains. The cations are involved in weak intermolecular C—H...Cl and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The title compound is not isomorphous with the bromo or iodo analogues.

Introduction: Irritable bowel syndrome with constipation is associated with higher rates of functional impairment, as compared to other subtypes of the syndrome. Conventional laxative-based pharmacologic therapy of IBS-C, which is mostly symptom-based, is often unsatisfactory. Tenapanor represents a first-in-class orally available inhibitor of NHE3, which is minimally absorbed in the GI tract, what constitutes a significant therapeutic benefit, as it may act on the drug target. Our initial perspective is that the dynamics of territories and cities/towns that are tourist resorts (or aspire to being one) can be analysed from the point of view of the ‘population’ concept, dear to a certain trend in socio-spatial analysis. Our chapter concentrates particularly on those who, by need or will, pass through places without their own vehicle, but using collective or public transport, as well as walking or cycling, rather than by walker or wheelchair. Virtual exchange comprises online collaborative activities in facilitated, educational contexts across borders. This paper offers a multimodal approach to the study of social presence in students’ asynchronous online discourse in the context of virtual exchange. It draws on the Community of Inquiry model of online learning (Garrison 2017) and interprets social presence as the dynamic discursive process of social interaction and self-presentation.
