Akateemisen koulutuksen ja työelämän välisen yhteistyön luomat mahdollisuudet asiantuntijuuden kehittymiselle ovat ajankohtaisen keskustelun kohteena. Tämän eksploratiivisen tutkimuksen ensimmäisenä päätavoitteena on selvittää, miten päätöksentekoon ja toiminnan suunnitteluun käytettävissä oleva aika (esitettävän musiikin tempon ja harmonisen rytmin mukaan mitattuna) on yhteydessä luovuuteen huipputason jazzbasistien bassolinjoissa, kun luovuutta mitataan sävelkuvioiden vaihtelevuutena. Today, the crisis of expertise coincides with the role that political and scientific decisions have assumed in tackling and solving enormous community problems: from environmental pollution to immigration, from vaccines to pandemics. On the one hand, there is an urgent need for the expertise of specialists, acquired by degrees, or the tacit, embedded knowledge of 'amateurs by profession', who intercede and translate between several areas of knowledge. On the other, this knowledge and skill is opposed, and everyone feels entitled to have their say. It is a paradox.

International audience; L’objet de la présente communication est d’étudier le rôle et la place de la logistique dans les cabinets d’expertise comptable. Après avoir défini le métier d’expert-comptable et ses orientations stratégiques ainsi que la logistique appliquée au service, nous examinerons en quoi la logistique constitue un enjeu stratégique pour les cabinets d'expertise comptables. Notre démarche méthodologie reposera sur une analyse exploratoire à partir d’études de cas. Elle devra permettre de mettre en évidence les opportunités de cette logistique de service pour des cabinets d’expertise-comptable et une lecture de leur stratégie par la logistique.

Les médecins étaient souvent appelés à intervenir en tant qu’experts dans les cours de justice de la ville de Valence à la fin du Moyen Âge. Ils étaient sollicités pour des raisons diverses et on attendait d’eux qu’ils rendent des jugements ou des pronostics. Un des cadres dans lesquels ils apparaissaient est la prison. La torture faisait partie du développement des procédures judiciaires en tant qu’élément destiné à prouver les faits, pour empêcher que le juge ait le moindre doute.
