Tämä Terveystieteiden opettajan andragoginen käsikirja on syntynyt lukuvuoden 2019-20 Jyväskylän yliopiston terveystieteiden opettajankoulutuksen opiskelijoiden ”Opettajuuden ja ohjaajuuden tutkimukselliset tulkinnat” -opintokokonaisuuden töistä. Tänä vuonna merkityksillesi teemoiksi tulivat Terveys- ja kuntoutusalan opettajien teknologiaosaaminen (Teema 1), Opiskelijan reflektiotaidon kehittyminen (Teema 2) ja Pedagogisten/andragogisten opintokokonaisuuksien kehittäminen (Teema 3). Tämän tutkielman aiheena on stressin ja terveyserojen mittaaminen väestöllisissä ryhmissä. Tutkimuksen lähtöasetelma on varsin psykologinen. Aluksi pyritään erittelemään ihmistyyppejä persoonallisuuden piirteiden perusteella Antonovskia (1987) ja Kobasaa (1979) mukaillen. Tämän jälkeen tutkitaan löydettyjen ryhmien asenteita ja tuntemuksia sellaisten mentaliteetin ominaisuuksien kanssa, joilla on todettu olevan yhtäläisyyksiä stressiin ja sairastuvuuteen. Mentaliteetin osa - alueet kuvastavat Williamsin ja Huberin (1986) luokittelemia sisäisiä stressinaiheuttajia. Aim. Physical activity (PA) has traditionally been measured wearing accelerometers on the hip, but they are increasingly being worn on the wrist. We compared hip and wrist accelerometers with regard to their acceptability and any associations between PA and fatness and fitness. Methods. Aims: Psychotherapy is a widely used treatment for mental disorders, but whether it also improves employment and other labour market outcomes remains inconclusive. This study examined the effectiveness of a nationwide subsidized psychotherapy programme using extensive register-based data. Methods: The sample consisted of individuals who applied for rehabilitative psychotherapy in Finland in 2009–2012 ( n = 35,083). OBJECTIVE: This study investigates the association between depressive symptoms and multisite pain and health-related quality of life and work ability in currently employed health care workers with recurrent low back pain (LBP). METHODS: Multisite pain, depressive symptoms, quality of life, and work ability were assessed by validated questionnaires. A generalized linear model was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: Notably, 28% of female health care workers with LBP had at least moderate levels of depressive symptoms. In the contexts where people with intellectual disability work, there are factors that determine their job satisfaction. The objective of this study was to test the adequacy of the central assumptions of the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) theory in workers with intellectual disability employed in different work alternatives.
