Temats „1,5–3 gadus vecu bērnu pozitīvas uzvedības veicināšana” ir aktuāls, jo apskata metodes pozitīvas uzvedības veicināšanai pirmsskolā, kas ir tilts starp humānistisko pieeju audzināšanā un bērna uzvedības regulēšanu sociāli vēlamā virzienā. The aim of this study was to evaluate the validity of the Veloflex infrared dynamic angle-meter (Veloflex-IDA) and the intra- and inter-rater reliability when measuring the ranges of motion (ROMs) of the upper limb joints. Thirty-five healthy and 20 symptomatic participants were evaluated. Twelve upper limb movements were measured in two sessions with the Veloflex-IDA, which is a device composed of a camera that tracks the trajectory of retro-reflective markers. This study examined the contents of adolescents' hopes and fears for the future in a sample of 1,975 urban and rural 8th, 10th, and 12th graders in China. Chinese adolescents' hopes and fears were most often related to future education, occupation, parental well-being, marriage and family, academics, leisure activities, wealth, interpersonal relationships, collective issues, and self-related issues. Urban adolescents compared to rural ones reported more hopes for education and leisure activities and held fewer hopes and fears for parental well-being and interpersonal relationships. Izstādi “Studentu dziesmu un deju festivāls “Gaudeamus” dalībnieku atmiņās” veido bijušo un esošo Latvijas Universitātes pašdarbības kolektīvu dalībnieku fotogrāfijas no dažādiem svētkiem un ar svētkiem saistītām aktivitātēm – mēģinājumiem, svētku gājieniem un koncertiem. Pre-retirement and senior population groups are more affected by activity limitations, unemployment and bad perceived health than population in active ages. Data for Latvia and other EU countries demonstrate a warning situation – socio-economic inequalities among elderly are not diminishing as fast as was expected. The aim of the paper is to analyse healthy and active life in pre-retirement and retirement ages to detect changes and inequalities complying with active ageing and public health.
