Este estudio analizo las propiedades psicometricas de la Escala de Percepcion de Promocion del Bienestar para Entrenadores (EPPBE), compuesta por 6 dimensiones: Autocontrol, castigo, apoyo social, apoyo a la autonomia, apoyo a la competencia y apoyo a la afiliacion. Se administro la escala a 506 entrenadores y se realizo un analisis factorial confirmatorio. La validez nomologica se analizo a traves de las relaciones de las variables con la satisfaccion de necesidades basicas y la motivacion autodeterminada. Cumulative inertia or cumulative stress? Migration behaviour of Finnish graduates

An interesting yet largely unstudied question regarding labour migration behaviour and residence duration is whether migration becomes more or less likely over time. This paper analyses the determinants of residence duration for Finnish graduates. Our results affirm the importance of cumulative inertia as a determinant of migration. The longer a person stays in a region, the smaller are the hazard rates of migration. However, for those graduates who moved to a new region during their year of graduation, the propensity for repeat migration is particularly high during their first three years of residence.

Diplomdarbs ir pētījums par radošo rakstu darbu izmantošanu kā līdzekli valodas barjeras pārvarēšanā. Darbs sastāv no ievada un divām daļām: teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Ievadā tiek formulēts mērķis, uzdevumi mērķa sasniegšanai, kā arī tiek izvirzīta hipotēze. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek izpētīti runas veidošanās un valodas apguves posmi. Tiek aplūkotas kopīgās un atšķirīgas rakstīšanas un runāšanas kompetences iezīmes, kā arī šo kompetenču nozīme komunikācijas veicināšanā. Tiek analizēta skolēnu motivācija kā neatņemama stundas sastāvdaļa, lai veicinātu runāšanas un rakstīšanas kompetences attīstību. Valsts nepārtrauktības doktrīnas piemērošana: nepilsoņu statuss Latvijas tiesiskajā sistēmā

1990. gada 4. maijā tika atjaunota Latvijas Republika. Valsts de facto neatkarība tika atjaunota balstoties uz Latvijas valsts nepārtrauktības doktrīnu. Šajā darbā ir aplūkota nepārtrauktības doktrīnas priekšvēsture valsts dibināšanas un pirmajā neatkarības posmā, tās izveidošanās un attīstība okupācijas un aneksijas gados un nostiprināšanās atjaunotās Latvijas tiesības sistēmas pamatos. Nepārtrauktības doktrīna analizēta caur pilsonībai līdzīgā, bet no tā kategoriski nodalāmā personu statusa – nepilsonības – prizmu. Darbā vērtēta nepilsoņa statusa izveide, daba un šī statusa evolūcija.

Traditional variable displacement piston machines achieve high efficiency when operating at high displacements, but struggle with poor efficiency at low displacements. The pistons are connected to high pressure and low pressure in conjunction with the output shaft position and the displacement is changed by changing the piston stroke, resulting in almost constant friction, leakage, and compressibility losses independent of displacement. The aim of this study was to examine how men who have perpetrated violence toward their partners and participated in batterer group talked about being a father and how they perceived their own fatherhood. The discussion in the group was analyzed qualitatively by using the methods of content analysis. In traditional fatherhood, they talked about avoidant, passiveness, distant, indifference, and authoritative controlling ways of acting. These men also created an image of themselves as active and caring fathers, thus including empathy and nurture in the concept of fatherhood.
